25 years ago in high school (Spain) I was known for longer range than most. I had similar workouts but a few different exercises, particularly on game days to feel comfortable when playing away with different rims and courts. 1. Floaters that had to drop from higher than the board. 2. Free throws from the 3p line. 3. Arched free throws and mid range shots dropping from above the board. This last one in particular was like setting up sensitivity and speed on a new computer mouse. Did marvels. I consistently scored over 45% on 8-10 attempts playing at the highest level in high school in Spain as a 5.11 PG/SG. Maybe it helps.
The 1st drill is so bad I was an accurate shooter but the chair made me have to toss it up and gave me a wonky wrist flick don’t do it if your not an adult or under the age of like 15 or something bc you won’t have enough strength to get it up w good form and it will fuck you up
