Yes climbing the arch is what I was talking about... we were watching them climb to the top all afternoon! It's crazy. You couldn't pay me to walk across the bridge let alone climb the arch.
Hi Divya, We actually have yearly travel insurance that covers all of our cruises for an entire 12 month period so we didn't need to look specifically for New Caledonia... we did have to show proof of our insurance when we checked-in for our cruise at the original cruise terminal. So whether you have insurance specifically for this trip or for the year you will need to show it to board the ship (or I imagine when you visit New Caledonia if you're not on a cruise ship where the original check-in is already complete). Hope that helps!
they do shut the roof over in Australia when they know its going to rain but they have to do it in port
You don’t pay to walk across the bridge, anyone can do that for free. However it does cost to climb the arch.

Did you get travel insurance for New Caledonia? and do they ask for travel insurance at check-in?
