My wife graduates with her masters at the end of April and she's going to be a counselor/ therapist and we've been looking into buying a barndo. I love the 2nd floor. We've got 4 kids and i want each of them to have their own bedrooms and us a master. Thanks for sharing this video.
I’m glad you put a whole paragraph one second before the video ends so I have no time to pause it, really makes me want to rewatch the entire thing a third time just to see the end
That is so beautiful, we bought a Doublewide & set it up same as a house & thought that would be faster than building, not so! We also bought a Deer Valley cause they are suppose to be one of the best & will come after Set Up to repair anything you find that’s wrong with their “Home”, not so! Our Son & Daughter In Law just built a Barndominium & I wish we had too. They are beautiful & will last a very long time.
Thank you for your honest opinion. I see you tried to make all the right choices because I love a nice double wide as well. Especially one that stands behind their products. Hopefully, they will make it right. Don't give up they owe you what you paid for. Your kid choosing the barndominium great choice they will enjoy it for many years to come.
Id say on average around 100-150$ a square foot not including appliances and furniture obviously. So the higher price per square foot is gunna be with upgraded iteams like quartz counter tops throughout the home the lower price is gunna be like butcher block or granite counter tops would be mid to base tier if I had to guess from watching many barndominium builds. I'm not positive on this but from research I've done this is about the best information I have found thus far. So $125x2000sqft= about 250k for the house. Now I don't know if this includes foundation and electrical and all of that this is just for the frame and insulate. Plus you have to buy land to build on and it depends if you can connect water to sewer and natural gas lines or have a well etc.. lots of factors come into what the cost will actually be is what im finding out so really no set standard price. I also would like to build one and trying to figure this out how it all works.
I am in Panhandle and would love to build one. Wife and I are looking now want to find a builder. Know any good ones and do you know what blueprint or model this one is?
This is beautiful!!! I wish I had a home like this.
You can

OMG just Beautiful
What would something like this one sell for?
To many factors to say depends on location.
Perfect, down to the Pontiac at the end, chef's kiss
What plan is this?
What is price?
Barndomium homes cost a lot less to build than "traditional" wood or brick homes. Look it up.

Love iy
Wish I knew about these before I bought a house from my brother!😢
Yeah that's why I'm spreading the word to try and just show others there options
Good morning
So are they hurricane and tornadoes proof?
Nothing is hurricane and tornado proof. They are or can be rated higher but a direct shot from ether and it's all over, just like a home.
We build them here (florida panhandle) to the 180mph specs required.

100 years is nothing. I hope it can last as long as some 1700s home still going strong.
If its something you plan to hand down then its not smart im assuming then?
That's the car from freedom house mens next to the police station in Lebanon tn
it looks like a Target vomited all over the interior
Which design is this one I freaking love it.
