Why aren't there numerous records of her calling the police? She accused him of poisoning her snd the child! that was a LIE! She paid for his Vasectomy because she wanted a baby so bad yet she got pregnant and kicked him out of her life wouldn't let him see the baby? No wonder he was so angry! Did she use his money to pay for the vasectomy? Not a SCINTILLA of evidence? Terrible acting job! I think that she set him up!
You never talk to your daughter about what happened? You come home from the park and find your son in law has been shot, but you never ask her? Even the next day or the next day? That makes zero sense.
Maybe they did all the talking about the crime BEFORE the homicide so didn’t have anything to talk about.
Even dog owners ask dogs, which one of them destroyed the shoes or ruined the toilet paper. Mom's not going to ask why there's a dead body in the Mom's own house? Not gonna ask about her son in law? Really? Is that her final answer?

@@grahamalastairkrebs2241Ashley's father Ray wants NOTHING to do with psycho Ashley nor his psycho ex wife. He and his wife have two daughters and want to keep them safe from being affiliated with this murder. He didn't even pony up any funds for her criminal defense.

What a liar for a mother. How can you not remember what time of day Doug came to the house, morning, lunch, afternoon or night. And definitely there’s nothing wrong about admitting the killer went to a firing range before Doug was killed. Liar liar.
They wanted the baby, she didn’t even have Doug’s name on the birth certificate.
Bad person, mother, grandmother. Hope she loses custody after daughter goes to prison. Very bad influence on that poor child (and daughter too as obvious by the daughter’s murderous behavior and abuse of step daughter and employees)

It's the VERY saddest thing...the parent that survives gets to decide usually on what happens with the underage children!! I have always said this is just wrong.

@@jmgood2870 he had a life insurance policy which he let expire 3 months before he was killed. IMO, that was a motive for her and her mother since they most likely didn't know
@@roxannemiller44 Exactly! Ashley and momma aren't very smart. Once anyone is involved in a crime, the Slayer Law takes effect and they would not have received any payout even if he kept the policy current.

What do you mean you NEVER talked about what happened? You mean to tell this jury, that you leave your daughter ALONE with an abusive ex ? Why would you leave knowing he was coming over? Wouldnt you have stayed to make sure she was safe? And when you come back and find out that he was shot and killed, you didnt even ask her what happened? Does that even sound reasonable to you?? Isnt it true then, that the reason you left, is bc you two planned for this to happen? Isnt it true that you didnt ask Ashley or have ANY conversation about what happened - is bc you KNEW what Ashley was planning to do? I think Alicia was definitely in the house with Emerson when the situation happened and they snuck out the back and went to the park while Ashley went to the neighbors house.

The clothes are really not expensive, just TJMaxx clothes. Her and mother scammed elderly for $ into thinking she was abused by Doug. I also think she bought clothing for court, wore them, and returned them.
