  • For this album review, Tom Krell pivots again into a stranger brand of glitchy indie pop/folk and metaphysics for a conceptual and distinctly odd album.
Best Songs: 'Contingency/Necessity (Modality of Fate)’, ‘Crypt Sustain’, ‘nothingprayer’, ‘A Secret Within The Voice’
Worst Song: 'Gas Station Against Blackened Hillside’

Nobody but you could make a review of this album, because you are the only one who has the dedication to go through all of the themes and subjects brought fourth in the album. I appreciate the time spent putting in the effort.

As someone who's been vaguely aware of How to Dress Well for about 10 years but never really got into his music, this album kinda blew me away. Really nice balance between abstraction and pop, lots of cool instrumental choices. A really nice surprise :)
