Yay! The tasting part at the end was great! For some reason I don’t like the flavour of fresh tomatoes with tuna salad… but I do like sun-dried tomatoes with tuna salad, so I will substitute with those. I would love to live in Spain where the food is so fresh and high quality.❤

I made this today in my air fryer, using Asiago cheese (I looked up substitutes for manchego). It's a great sandwich! Filling, tasty, and easy to make. This is another one of your recipes that I'll make a lot - and I'm not even a big tuna fan!

I like solid white/ albacore tuna as I like it’s chunky appearance. I try not to break it up and its appearance is more like a “ chicken salad”. Love your recipes as easy, few ingredients, relatively fewer kitchen gadgets required.

Stopped at a Subway once and asked for a tuna melt. The woman refused to make it. She wasn’t giving in neither. So I left and went to another and the next Subway made it. Found out who the owner was and asked why they refused to make tuna melts and she said they were not good for me. After I convinced her that she should make my tuna melt I went back and had one made. Tasted not so good. Haven’t been back to that Subway store again. Now I just make my own. You and I must be related. 😂😂😂😂😂

I almost bought a couple of tins of the tuna. They wanted $13 to ship it from Alexandria VA to a NJ address.
I canceled. I can get fresh tuna from my fish monger cheaper.
$18 for the 2 cans. That's $4.50 a slice not factoring in the other ingredients. Who but the Upper classes can afford this ? Spainards be rich! Who knew?
