Changing Lives through Bursaries

Join us in hearing from actor, KES alumnus, and AKS Lytham Foundation Patron, Jason Langley, as he shares his personal journey of how a bursary supported him in attending school and what the Foundation means to him.
We believe that every child deserves equal opportunities to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Currently, there are 809 pupils at AKS Lytham, with over 40 students receiving means-tested bursarial support. Yet, with only 14 out of 40+ current bursaries covering 75% of fees at AKS, there is still much work to be done.
Our goal is to remove financial barriers entirely for talented local children who lack the means to access the education they deserve.
The aim of the Change Their World campaign is to provide fully funded, inclusive transformational bursaries to support 10 talented young people to join AKS from Senior School to Sixth Form.
