So for this recipe I decided to make it in bar form. Cheesecake Squares (or Bars) are baked in a 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) rectangular pan making them ideal for a large crowd. They still combine the grainy texture of a Graham Cracker Crust with a smooth and creamy Cream Cheese Filling. Only the filling is a much thinner layer. And I like that. You can serve this as a plated dessert, with fresh berries, a fruit or chocolate sauce, or even lemon curd. But my favorite way is to just pick one up and eat it out of hand.

I just made this recipe. I cut the ingredients to half, used 9 inches tart pan and added some cherry jam on the top. It’s in fridge now I can’t wait until I try a piece,thank you Stephanie 😊😊. I just want to mention that I added 25 g of graham cracker and one table spoon of butter to the crust😋😋😋

Mi ricordo 3 o 4 anni fa, non avevi così tanta fama. I do not like having to go to another site for a recipe but what is really my pet peeve is no nutrition info. Yet I really like her demo and these squares look delicious! I was looking for something to satisfy my cheesecake longings without killing the diet and these squares being smaller should do this.
I feel like I learned the technique of lemon zest ans sugar from you years ago and now I always do it when i have lemons in a recipe, and no recipe I follow ever mentions this. Best technique for a good lemon flavor in my opinion!

I made these and they turned out excellent the only difference was that when they cooled I poured unsweetened chocolate over them and then put them in refrigerator, the dark flavor chocolate against the sweetness of the filling and crust was awesome

I made this recipe many times.
And I would put a strawberry or cherry filling with some batter
on top and swirl it.
I find if you swirl the filling when its done it would have cuts in the cheese cake.
Its a very easy way to make cheese cake.

This is one of the recipes I like to double to share and still have several servings for myself. Will also make with shortbread cookie crust because I can't get enough homemade shortbread cookies in my life.

Wow, this is a new way to eat some cheesecake, and since these are bite size, we can able to prepare atleast a one or two fruit jams or fruit sauce to whatever we like .

When I chill my cheesecake, I cover it with a dinner plate with kitchen paper underneath to absorb any condensation. That way it won't dry out, nor will it be "sweaty" when you serve it.
Can you tell me what kitchen paper is. I would like to use this idea. Thank you.
@@Latebird24 The thicker and tougher version of tissue paper, used in the kitchen. It's called paper towel in the US.

Cheesecake squares 🥰🥰🥰 oh my gosh those look delicious. We have digestive biscuits readily available here in Australia snd not graham crackers but we can buy them online if need be. Do we have to use foil to line the pan? Can we use parchment paper?
Yes you can use parchment paper.

I use digestive for the base of cheesecake etc and for all the USA recipes where it calls for Graham crackers as I'm in Uk where you can not get them either. Works just as well.
