A super delicious snack with just a few ingredients!💯
Chocolate Snack
🟢 12 petit beurre biscuits
🟢 1 small coffee cup coarsely ground pistachios (or walnuts)
🟢 1 small coffee cup coarsely ground hazelnuts
🟢 4-5 spoons milk jam
To cover on it;
🟢 100 g White chocolate
🟢 100 g Dark chocolate
Preparation:
🟢 Ground the biscuits with the food processor.
🟢 Add hazelnuts, pistachios and milk jam. Mix well and shape.
🟢 Melt the chocolates in separate bowls using a double boiler (bain-marie).
🟢 Dip it in chocolate and wait for the snacks to freeze at -18 degrees.
🟢 If you want, you can dip it in chocolate again.
🟢 Or you can decorate it again with chocolate.
