Hello and welcome to this new recipe! Today we bring you a delicious dish: vegetable meatballs. This recipe is perfect for any occasion and can be prepared quickly with very few ingredients.
✅Ingredients:
• 2 zucchini
• 1 potato
• 1 onion
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
Mix all these ingredients and form meatballs. With these quantities, you will get nine medium-sized meatballs; if you make them smaller, you will get more. Cook everything in the air fryer at 200°C (about 392°F) for 15 minutes. You'll see, these meatballs will be loved by all your guests.
