Vegan Fosting - Pipeable Aquafaba & Meringue PLUS Beanpaste Frosting

- This a full packed video tutorial containing 3 recipes! Aquafaba Meringue, Pipeable Aquafaba and Beanpaste Frosting. We had so much fun exploring these Vegan Frosting options. And as usual, we heat-tested both of them to see if they are stable. This video is quite long but rich with info so make sure you watch through until the end ❤️

Aquafaba Meringue:
200ml Chickpea water (we used from tin can)
1cup/120-130g sifted powdered sugar
1/4tsp Cream of Tartar
2tsps Vanilla or any flavour you like
Pipeable Aquafaba:
same as ingredients above (Meringue) plus add 1/2cup or 113-120 grams of vegetable shortening (we use Trex but you can use any brand)
Beanpaste Frosting:
450g any type of White beans (we used White Butter Beans)
100-160g caster sugar
2tsps Vanilla or any flavout you like
Optional: 1-2Tbsps corn syrup if becoming dry

I've never tried being paste but I think it's better than Aquaphor it seems more pipeable than the Aquafaba

so with the bean one could you blend it with some vegan butter to thin it down or cream it a bit so it's not so dry? would that make it smoother?
We have personally not tried adding vegan butter yet but adding a bit of glucose could help.

Shayne Quizon ingredients seemed to have long shelf-life but just to be sure, 3-4days room temp, 7-10days fridge.
Is it possible to add the bean paste to the meringue frosting instead of shortening?
