    Not thinking about it is not the solution imo. You can't control your thoughts and worries anyway. What needs to be done instead is to let your brain experience sleepless nights and show it that their is nothing harmful happening and by that 're-wiring' the brain.
    Try not thinking about it is as helpful as the tip 'don't think about a pink elephant'.

    Did she also drink prescribed meds like anti depressant or sleeping pills. I don't wanna rely on them anymore bit it's the fear that what if I really need those meds to sleep. The side effects are bat shit crazy

      You don't need sleeping pills to sleep. In the end your body will get the amount of sleep that He needs. No Matter what. However did you try Quiviviq? Getting good results with that one. Its pretty new on the market
