Have enjoyed in 2019 swimming in Marpas pool and at Kawasan Falls near San Isidro Barangay. Past 3 years been enjoying Colombia, at 3 hour flight south of Miami. The infrastructure, social culture activities, medical facilities, proteins & vegetables, climate, and other characteristics I prefer more than the Philippines. However, I haven’t found dental care as excellent as Green Apple in the lower inner level of Ayala Terraces. Been enjoying your RUclipss. Happy Holidays. The SRRV visa is more convenient than the Colombian visas.

yeah John…..at 159cm my weight was 70k recently at check up…..I too at 76 need some weight…..just had 3 stents….I’m in Thailand now….been with you long time….from Yuba City if you remember……thinking your brothers health…..oh well enjoy each day!
Yup we don’t devein the shrimps back in the province. Sometimes we eat raw ( small size shrimps), it’s called “ jumping salad”. But since been living in the States for the longest time now I refrain from eating raw whenever we go home. Even the cooked frogs can’t touch those.😜😍Merry Xmas !🎄 ❤

Shrimp is high cholesterol be careful.
I Know but my cholesterol levels are very good. Too much shrimp gives me gout in my toes sometimes. Haven't had that problem lately..
