I bought a new Simplicity serger but never got it to work. The feed dog would not feed the fabric. The company would not instruct me on how to get it working. I took it to have it repaired and it was going to cost $175.00 to get it fixed. I junked it. Bought a Janome and love it. I will never purchase another Simplicity product and advise my friends, relatives and my sewing group to stay from the Simplicity name for their products come with poor instructions AND have NO service whatsoever. I also bought a Brother Serger and love it.
I bought a Simplicity sewing machine at a yard sale it has a ll kinds of patterns that it makes how ever I can't get it to make a straight stitch, is it possible that it doesn't make a straight? Or is it something I'm not setting right
When i sew on my simplicity serger the stitch lenth knob is on 4 but jumps back to 3 as I sew. What's the problem...i need help. I've took the machine apart trying to self repair it myself
