Met Randy a few years back. I was in awe, a little star struck. He had a hard time speaking but I expressed my admiration, offered my prayers and he told me he was going to be back on stage one day singing. I hope that is true. What a treasure he and his songs are.

I went to school with Randy Travis, and used to eat where here got his start in NC. I have hung out with him a few times over the years and keep him in my prayers. Now, I was a country music DJ for a long time and I have gotta say that you are one of the finest voices to come along in a long time. I AM A FAN!!

I have to admit that I do not like country music, at all, but even my hard heart had to soften when I would hear Randy Travis, and to find out that his beautiful voice wad taken from him made me cry. I have faith that he will make a comeback, but in the meantime, we have Tony performing amazing renditions of Randy's beautiful songs, and apparently doing a good job by the smile on Randy's face. God bless you both.
I can’t stress this enough…I am not a country fan at all, but I’ve always loved Randy’s voice and that’s a once in a lifetime talent.

He will never be able to perform again. The stroke took away his ability. He walks with a limp and needs assistance. My grandpa suffered multiple strokes that resulted in him losing most of the strength and user of his right side

Hollar life is very different these days. My daddy had creek baths😪 were all back in the Hollar where he grew up. Thankful for running water and my daddy. My mother is the best ❤️ how humble to convert from city to country. Amazing how humans can adjust to change. Took me five years to settle into country living. Now.. I never wanna leave❤️😊
