Whew... just knocked this out at the gym. That was such a fun format. I love no repeat because of boredom, but love feeling like I really fatigued the muscle too so this was perfect! Those in and out 3 width squats almost got me though! Lol Thanks!!!

Oh my goodness Tracy I was having withdrawals from not doing your workouts missed 2 weeks! One was vacation the other was the hurricane I managed to get plenty of hiking and walks in both weeks but it’s just not the same as seeing your pretty face and hearing your talks. Still don’t have internet but was able to access you from my tiny phone lol! Awesome first day back! Thanks for all you do felt so good to get back at it 😊 It was a wonderful workout

I feel like I can do any move in this format. It’s probably mental but three circuits of 30 seconds makes me feel strong and my endurance is tested with the length of the workout. Another brilliant workout my friend 😉❤️
Great workout! 👍I love working both strength and cardio, and Tracy always finds new and fun ways to do it! I was a bit nervous going into a 50 minute workout (been doing mostly 40 mins lately), but it was doable. Haven't worked out in a week, because I had "minor" skin surgery, but just got the stitches out yesterday, so I'm back to my routine today! 😊
