#7. Landing zone is the hardest. There are so many different lies, angles and turf differences within 25 yards of the green that’s where I have the most difficulty. Keep up the great videos!
The best tip I ever received is to find time to practice your short game on course. This game works well during twilight or off season. I pick a spot of fringe and drop 3 balls and try to go up and down 1/3. Then do that from the rough. Then (if you have time) from the sand. I call this game Crazy 8s (should be 8 strokes). Mark your card 1,2 or 3 (for each up and down) and try to keep pace if the field is busy. No tee box. No second shots. It’s worth the greens fee if that’s what it take.
In your short game wizard class you mentioned that you place your weight forward, so what I’m trying to figure out is where you place the ball. Is it in the back, middle or forward in your stance?
@@terrypeeples1942 weight forward is still a good tip for most wedge shots so that way you don't sway and make better contact. If I'm around the green and need to pitch I'll use LW, and choose low or high (no in between)... then it's either off back foot for the low shot or front foot for the high shot. Lot more video content coming! Thanks for the support

Thanks so much appreciate the support!
Toe down chipping best shot saver in the bag. Also lining up the club over the ball as opposed to behind it has also helped reduce chunkers
@@jajupa78 Thanks, I’ll try it out
@stevemagers8159 ya man from that distance i use my 8 iron or my 5h wood depending on lie, with a putting type stroke.

Love that, wish I could practice on the golf course more myself!

For which type of shot?
@@wickedsmartgolf well hmmm, I didn’t know it mattered. Maybe you should do a video on that and explain the differences.
