I used to watch this video in the eighties and I LOVE it and thought I’d try RUclips to see if was available. Thank you a million times!! I’m now 72 and still dig this

I wish someone would upload a higher quality version. This is good, but it seems like the only video of the song on RUclips!

I had lunch with the Brooks Bros today, and watching them perform tonight in Shipshewana, IN.

Oh my God, I love this video! It's everything that is great about 80's music videos. Colourful and fun!

This remake of Ottawan's version of this song was really cool as well as the video is pretty good.

It's one of those songs that I'd consider "Yupneck", it has that weird hybrid of a typical '80s MTV production with some of that produced sound/vocals, yet resonated well with the suburban/rural audiences. It's sounds like a song from the mid-60s with some more modern (for the time) production thrown in.

I'm surmisin' some folks weren't aware that this exact song was used in its entirety as backdrop to a skit on the 'Benny Hill Show' almost 40 years ago! ⁉

I have seen the Brooks Brothers Famous Band several times. I met them back in the early 80s in the DFW area. They were the house band at several clubs. Very talented musicians. I believe that Bill and Randy Brooks also were apart of a Passion Play in Grandbury Texas. I think they did shows in Branson too.
I actually have one of their albums.
