The Western-Eastern instrumental interplay was a bold and original effort in 1967, and still stands as a model of high achievement, musicality and artistry. In this way, Harrison was a true pioneer and visionary, not to mention the profound text and accessible melody. This is one of my favourite songs on the Sgt. Pepper album. Bravo for a fine performance!

All of my friends hated it, thought it ruined the album, so I mostly listened to it alone. I'm so happy to hear this cover; you absolutely nailed it.

The backing musicians deserve some credit, most play a variety of instruments to achieve the fantastic sound.
