Use Chorizo in your taco casserole. Mix it with the ground beef and use less taco seasoning. It will taste much better and be very keto friendly. You can also make it more of a breakfast version if you wish.
These look very good thx..I noticed that someone talked about the dr Berry way of cooking bacon...how about you being the first to cook chopped up bacon in the crockpot...turn on high with the lid and you dont have to babysit it...then dump out and cook a meal in the pot...I'm going to try it next time i make bacon❤hey everybody please ask Jesus into your heart today while you still have time ❤luv you all❤

I don't follow a specific Diet, but if I find recipes that look good and end up tasting good, I'll put them in the rotation. All of these recipes look good!
I make the jalapeño casserole, but I add broccoli and cauliflower cuts. So so good. My family loves it to the point I went from a 9x13 to a half sheet pan and still have nothing left..
I would lose the cream cheese and use 2c ricotta plus add an egg to the cheese mix and mix it into the mtballs to coat before topping w/sauce and mozz. I also use powdered parm in the canister whenever possible as it’s cheaper. This is one time it works perfectly and 1/2c is great.
I literally prefer spaghetti squash, even zoodles, to pasta! My kids might too. We all def miss rice tho, for the dishes needing it. There’s no sub. We eat brown rice too! ANY rice is terribly hyperinsulinemic due to huge glucose spike. Oats are quite insulinemic too, don’t get me wrong; all grains are.
Instead of the ultra expensive chips on top the first dish Cut up some celery & onion, sauté till onion starting to soften but celery still fairly hard. Stir in casserole with cheeses. Sprinkle sliced almonds on each serving. Actual food and normal grocery prices.
I am actually a soup and casserole expert! Will try all your recipes! They look amazing! I wonder if you could do a bed of palmini or zoodles on the bottom

Check out Dr Berg. He explains what happens when you enter ketosis and why your glucose numbers rise. If you stay committed to the plan, your liver works through your belly visceral fat. That’s why your baseline number elevates. But the first 4 days is tough, you will notice the change of no sugar. After that it balances out and your hunger switches off because your body is burning the visceral fat. Good luck!

Sure! I just cut it in half and placed it in my instant pot for 20 minutes and did a natural release for 10 and then it was perfect! You just use a fork to get all the “noodles” out. It makes a ton of noodles actually.

Mtball Casserole
2T minced garlic
1c ricotta/cottage cheese
1/2c shredded parm cheese
4oz softened cream cheese
1T dry parsley
1 bag mtballs
1 jar marinara+1/4c water to rinse sauce residue
1c shredded mozzarella
