Yikes, I'd be 1,121 years old there!😱 Hope JWST can get clear signals of the conditions there, especially as we're STILL waiting to hear more about Trappist-1!
That's pretty much what they did to take the first picture of a black hole, but the size of Earth. When we visit it, it'll be cool to talk about it. Thanks for the comment.
It is the proximity of the star that causes the color and brightness to be adapted. We would not be able to look at a star so closely, our eyes are not capable of withstanding so much brightness. The video is made by a simulator and it is impossible to represent the real brightness of a star (I believe that no simulator can do this). Thanks for commenting.
Please stop daydreaming. we live and die here on earth. going to live in another planet is not going to happen, ever. earth is the only planet where life exists, period.
Of course you’re probably right, we’ll also never have handheld devices that can access most of the stored information across human history or be able to fly thousands of miles around the world in a matter of hours. There’s no way we can ever catch an orbital rocket from space with chopsticks attached to a tower. The people who dream, create.
Absolutely, a planet having the potential to shelter humans does not oblige us to go and live there, there are several with potential. And thinking about deliberately "inhabiting" other planets is an imperialist colonizing vision. On the other hand, in a very distant future, the sun will no longer allow humans to live on Earth, so for the sake of humanity's survival, if it still exists by then, we will be forced to look for another place in the universe to live. Thank you very much for commenting.

This is an excellent astronomy channel. Very good.
Thank you so much for watching!!

You sure know you facts about what is needed for life! I trip to Kepler 1649c would be a good destination to see. Only 300 lightyears.
Of course! Thanks for the suggestion!
How about building a telescope of the size of a city on earth itself, consider earth an eye and pupil in the size of the telescope.

Why is it shown as a yellow star?
