hi @minyoongi, I would recommend you to check following -
1. Is your GPG Key pair correct ? `git config --global user.signingkey YOUR_GPG_KEY_ID`
2. Have you added correct public key on yout Github Settings ?
3. Cross check your git config by using command `git config --global --list`

Is there a way to not ask for the password every time I turn off the PC and turn it on again, on my Mac I entered it once and it didn't ask for it anymore, on Windows it asks for it, I do it every time I make the first commit since I turn on the PC.

GPG verified commits works perfectly from one of the windows machine, now how can i do the same from another windows machine with same git login for same gut hub repo?

Ideally you should sepearately generate all keys for all computers -
- This is good as you would know which commit is coming from which computer (based on key used for commit).
- You can revoke/update key without impacting keys on other computers

hi couple of tips
- git commit will only work if you have made some changes in your project files
- If you have made changes make sure you save your file before doing commit
- ‘git status’ command can show you pending changes 🙂

Hi I would recommend to check if your GPG key got created by using following command
gpg --list-secret-keys --keyid-format LONG
If you donot see any key in output try to regenerate the GPG key.
One another case can be that your git configuration might be pointing to incorrect key-id, I would recommend if you can ensure that your git configuration is correct and is pointing to the correct GPG key
git config --global user.signingkey YOUR-KEY-ID
You can check your git configuratoin using following command
git config --global --list

hi you can check the output of the following command 'git config --global --list' to ensure correct settings are getting reflected.
There are very high chances of your 'git config gpg.program' setting is not set or is incorrect. You can check the correct location of your gpg program by typing 'where gpg' in cmd prompt.
