I tried to setup public and private key for one of the remote repo using ssh-keygen, but it shows message - .ssh/id_rsa already exists at the default location. I am already using SSH option to clone repo and pull/push changes for my office work. What shall I do in this case?
I had issues with Windows setting this up. For some reason, Windows will not create .ssh folder. You have to create it as .ssh. with the last dot, then it creates as expected. What a mess.

Have to automate this in putty bro, everytime while pull it is asking username and password from ur video I have added ssh key in gitlab after this changes also pull request asking credentials

There seems to be a permission issue. In which folder are you located when creating the folder?
@@vdespa i kept it as default "C:\Program Files\Git" this is the folder i installed Git using the link given in the description.

You don't pull a branch, you pull the entire repo. Once you have done that. Inside the repo, you run git checkout BRANCHNAME.

I find it funny that storing a key on the computer is saver than me entering a key everytime
There is a conceptual difference between using keys and using a password to login. For example, your private key is never sent over the wire.

'cat' is not recognized as an internal or external command
cat comes when installing Git. It is part of the unit utilities. Otherwise, just locate the file and open it with Notepad.
