It’s funny he mentioned baby luigi and Mario super sluggers because I’m actually making a series on that game and hitting home runs now. Everyone should check it out if you want to see baby Luigi move on to the next round, if he does.
Personally I think his 62 should be the major league record. I say this as a Cardinals fan. The McGuire (I love Mark and his work ethic was legend), Sosa, Bonds records were a result of performance enhancing drugs.
Oh really. Not the middle of his career? “On pace” implies an entire career. Don’t use superfluous language. Also: Check your math. Where the hell do you get this from lol
700 is a definite stretch, Judge only has 220 in his career, and he's 30, it's very unlikely he stays this productive for the 1500 or so games that he would need to hit the remaining 480
I’ll be honest I don’t think he’s worth $300 million because of his injures given Yankees aren’t good at making sure players are healthy but I’d say 2-3 year deal with a high AAV would be worth it so he can prove he does deserve the money because he can stay healthy and play a good long season and if he can stay healthy for all those years or at least only miss a couple of games due to injury then yes he will be worth $300 million
@@Yankeefan2807 nope cause trout has proven every year that he’s one of the best players that year and is proven by his MVP placements while judge has only had 2 mvp type seasons
I feel that going for 62, the high amount of balls, and the emotion tied up in it cause for a worse performance in the playoffs. It was as if he hadn’t gotten a normal AB in ten days before the playoffs started
30 million a year for 7 years guaranteed is low, the issue is he’s a non factor defensively. So you’re paying for his bat and he’s a consistent 5-6 WAR a year player with his bat. So is Bryce Harper, so is Mike Trout among others. 35-40 a year for 6-7 years is about the most he’s realistically going to get and anyone who offers him more time or money is thinking with something other than math.
@@arda8393 He’s a Yankee, people hate the Yankees. He plays mostly at Yankee stadium, it’s one of (if not the) smallest parks in the league, so fans believe his HR stat is inflated because of that. @@arda8393 A lot of people are mad that he’s a Yankee. Judge really screwed up by not eating a balanced breakfast. He was destined to never reach the totally legit heights of his betters such as Sosa, McGuire and Bonds. I guess players were just that much better in the old days. :^)

He hit 62 in game 161 of the season. Not the last game of the season which he sat out.
I wouldve played for the chance at breaking the record outright. Im surprised.

What performance? I thought he was on the DL…
@MartinLubeHerThingJr. This is an insult to Harrison "Pablo Sanchez" Bader
When this vid came out the Yankees were no longer making a push
Playoff homers should count towards career numbers. Facing the best pitching staffs in the playoffs

I did a lot of research on it and it’s interesting
Was his patience also because he wanted to lead in BA?
Did any one else notice when he hit 62 some guy fell out of the stands 😂
Judge got in contact with a rod
Where was this "patience" in the postseason?
