@jessica- the bone marrow (baked) is popular in trendy restaurants here in the US and in French restaurants. Because of its richness, it pairs better with a rustic type of bread, toasted French bread, or crackers as an appetizer. If you’re a cook, try preparing it baked or grilled with a dash of herbes de Provence, cracked black pepper, and a bit of salt; it’s excellent.

The oily food is the very makasalanan for me 😄like the ulam is very oily already but i think the garlic rice is oily also. My blood pressure will surely complain. But the other food looks amazing. Thanks Jessica for this vlog, will surely visit Ugbo.

I'm not a fan of oily foods as well. I mean, I do like fried foods but if it's not well drained or it's already soggy especially due to the oil, I won't like it. 🥲 I do want to try that halo-halo though cause I am a fan of halo-halo as well. ❤

You have to dip the chicharon bulaklak in a spicy vinegar to madk the fatty tast.. and just eat the "flower" part which is the crispy part and not the "stem" which is chewy

You should categorize your paborito food (ex. main dish, finger food, dessert), i mean a halo halo (not discounting it, for sure it's good by just looking at it 😋) over shadows main dishes like that kaldereta with bone marrow is like unfair for the other foods you feature. But all in all good video, more power jessica and your team.

Dip the chicharon bulaklak in vinegar with red onion and crashed garlic. You can add red chili for spice.
