Well, I've had 2 glock 32's and neither was reliable enough to trust my life to. 40 mags improve reliability but, once a gun hiccups on carry ammo it's hard for me to trust it again. I just don't think the short body of the 357 sig, coupled with the feed angle glock uses, isn't conducive to stellar reliability.
Glad you had some fun! I'm glad you are not abandoning your gel tests. We appreciate your work and look forward to all of your videos. 357 Sig always impresses.
Had me going for a second there buddy! 😆You can see water mirrors gel performance with that massive energy dump in the first jug. HST's really shine out of the G32.
@@Rubeless 🤣🤣you do realize that humans are 60% water right? The test mediums are for illustrating ballistic characteristics of each cartridge/bullet design, alone and for a basis of comparison; without destroying the projectile.
During July 2024 I emailed Glock to ask if they had plans for .357 SIG Gen 5s. They said they would add it to their suggestion log. In other words, probably not. That’s really unfortunate.
You dropping heatAZ like the state of AZ I was wondering about getting these for my Glock cause I thinks it’s a difference between these and the personal defense line great job as usual hashtag let’s see what they can do
I need to pick up a 32 barrel for my 23 i been saying that for better than a decade now, have a 9mm conversion barrel works great, need to screw around with 357sig
@@thomascozart1095 FtScott even tells you the powder and grains they use , Bullseye in the 40 Sw good chage of it too in the 125 gr, the ogive is such they burrow right through layered armour like Kevlar. They seem somewhat unpredictable in gel but great barrier bullet maybe.
The 357 Sig, like the 30 Super Carry, 41 Action Express, etc. is yet another failed experiment in ammo design and marketing. A few law enforcement agencies tried the 357 Sig but they dropped it and switched to 9 mm. In all fairness, they are also abandoning the 40 S&W and 45 ACP and switching to 9 mm. These are the facts. Most people don't like to get stuck with guns which use ammo which is hard to find and expensive, and the 357 Sig is moving in the direction.
@@PassivePortfolios I see tons of 10mm here in CO but I can't speak to other states with less dangerous game. .357SIG seems to be gaining popularity with RUclips gun nerds, but it's true that this doesn't necessarily translate to the general gun-buying public.
That’s the king of concealed carry. Terminal ballistics on another level, 13+1 on tab and all that in compact with stellar reliability record

Az, good to see you again, brother. As usual, the .HST in .357SIG does not disappoint.
357 Sig doesn't disappoint. Good results. Thank you. Good to see you Sir.
Glad your back haven't seen your vids in a bit thought you bailed on us. Cherry test been thinking bout getting a 357 sig.
I am also glad to see you back with another 357 Sig test

❤ The glock 32 and the awesome power of 357 sig

Great for videos but doesn’t translate to real world scenarios. Humans are not water jugs or gel.

My favorite 9mm
Nice. I like water jug tests. The gel is better but the jugs give you what you need.

Great video, always love the .357 sig
My carry ammo. There are faster rounds, but the HST seems to be the most effective.
Awesome test man. I don't mind the jugs a bit. Appreciate it brother.
Like going old skool.

Yea you likely never look back at 40 and 9...for what?
If you practiced, for some education and maybe some experience you would.
EKE is like 425 in E15cm or 5.9" this is the biggest "Fibs Effect" round from a normal pistol
Daaaammmmnnnn!
Have you ever tested the Fort Scott 357 Sig?
That would be great, they load their rounds fairly hot .
@@paulscountry456I agree. Would really love to see it tested.

I'm none the wiser after this!
Great stuff!
Nice way to test on a hot day!
@Az
Is this round your #1 choice?
Glad to see u back. Was getting worried mate!

Suit yourself! I think it's coming back like 10mm did. Your arguments make sense though
@@drewmunny Highly unlikely. The 10 mm came back for bear protection in Alaska. In the lower states it is barely hanging on.

@@drewmunny 10 mm is the most popular handgun round in Alaska right now. Also gaining in Wyoming and Montana as grizzly protection.
Caliber popularity is not a thing with me, woods and street SD is! I have never been one to follow the herd.

Damn i thought you were serious. Got excited thinking we were back to jugs.
