Appreciate the nice comment. That is my goal. I was always frustrated when I tried to undertake a task and the get the actual step by step guidance or the "what if" scenarios. Thanks for watching.
Sir THANK YOU. Not only did help me fix my toilet, I learned some new things today. A sidenote, the editing in this video is most excellent (honestly, most of your videos I ended up watching are).
Glad this helped and thank you for your kind comments on editing. Still learning and trying to improve as I go along. It's a learning curve. Good luck with all your projects.
One of the reasons I always bought my supplies from the local plumbing supply house was bcuz they sold blue (color) "Coast" flappers and that's the only one I ever used. The problem I would see with those red flappers, is they would hang up on the ears of the flush valve, not sure if u experienced that, of course that was after some time and use.
No, I've never had any problems with the FluidMaster "red" flappers. Just have to make sure they're the ones with the hard "ears" and not the soft one, but I've never had an issue and have installed those exclusively for the last 14 yrs. Thanks for watching and good luck with your projects.
I like the way you explain how to fix things on your videos. Very easy to understand.
Thank you for your comment and support. Hope you found it useful. Good luck with your project.
Didn’t know I needed a whole class on the flapper. Lots of info. Thank you
Welcome to Flapper 101. lol Thanks for watching
You went into a few details that other videos had glanced over, and coupled them with some nice close-ups. Good watch. Thanks.
