I watched one clip of that ridiculous hearing ..
although Johnny Depp was telling the truth he was dramatizing it, he threw in some acting skills .. SO OBVIOUS.. hey I’m the one who told u guys that it was time to do Kubala and her arms flapping.. did you catch her the other day she’s still doing it she has slowed down a little but she’s back to full blown flapping. I think she’s high

Amber Heard's Baseline is to lie. You guys all missed this.
      Lying is her modus operandi.
      Lying is her Baseline.
You can't interpret her body language without talking about how uncomfortable Amber is with the truth just in general.
A person who has spent every day of her life making things up as she goes along has a very different Baseline than the one you are working from.
We are watching a habitual pathological liar who believes she's always the smartest person in the room. She's a relentless liar. If Amber had that Liar Liar Curse from Jim Carey's movie, she'd melt like the Wicked Witch of the West.

There has to be a way of QUICKLY figuring out who's lying and playing victim vs who's an actual victim. We just don't have the time for these drawn-out, costly, long-winded debates in courtrooms. - Nodding or sleeping on “your couch.. in your house..” is not abuse to anybody

    • @kayreece96
      @kayreece96 2 года назад

Calling her a wh*re cu*t fastass etc, acting out aggressively (yes even if that's destroying things in the house including slamming cabinets and her closet) scares people and makes them feel threatened even if you do not lay a hand on them, threatening to cut yourself in front of your partner that is begging you to not... those things are emotional and psychological abuse. Im only speaking on whats in evidence. Both of these people need severe help. To pretend that 1 is crazy and 1 is sane, the way the majority are acting, is ridiculous though.
Also we don't have surefire evidence of who initiated the first act of abuse. But if some man was acting that way towards you and calling you those names on the regular you'd probably eventually flip out on him in some way or another. The same goes for the other side of the coin. If she initiated and he refused to hit her but took it out in other ways because he couldn't contain what he was feeling either.
Just rational unbiased thinking up there. But something I'll leave my personal opinion on; when they first met she was new to Hollywood. He was seasoned and significantly older and was literally calling her "kid" acknowledging not only her young age but her status below him in the industry. To pursue her, buy her and friends and family gifts is grooming behavior. Not to mention they were both married and it has come out several times his issue of jealousy especially with her female partner and friends. If people want to actually think about what forms abuse comes in rather than JUST physical, then he initiated it first. Personal opinion.
Again I'm not looking at this in a biased way, just objectively. It probably sounds like I'm team amber or whatever due to me not calling her out as much in this but that's only because we all already know and no one is pretending she's a saint the way they are with him. I want to bring up what people aren't taking into consideration. These are 2 screwed up people that got into a relationship and then further brought the worst out in each other.

I always believe the less powerful but a light does need to be on male abuse too. And fame can put people in the position of never knowing who likes you for you-once you trust it may be doubly hard to let go of the dream.
The fact that abuse against women and girls is rampant doesn’t negate the fact that there are plenty of men abused by women. Our thinking on abuse globally needs to be more case-by-case and not as simplistic.

I am an empath who ended up with a covert narcissist for 5 years. The love bombing, gaslighting, manipulation and emotional abuse is very real. I am an intelligent woman and didn’t understand as it was initially happening, once in the thick of it I was trying to do anything to fix it and believed I was the issue. I’m out of it now but this case has been triggering. I do believe AH is using abuse stories from others and, more disgustingly, using the abuse she perpetrated to flip it and say JD did it. Johnny has more traits and mannerisms of a victim and, has honest, quality & loyal friends. Amber seems to struggle to maintain any relationship and friendship and that is also telling. My hope is JD gets his justice here and Amber gets the help she needs.
Scary how manipulative and volatile she is: for someone so camera happy and willing to secretly record but have no evidence of the brutal attacks she supposedly endured, or medical records….no. It’s an insult to real victims of abuse

My ex-wife had me arrested by LAPD by calling 911 and showing up with bruises and torn dress. I was brought to the station for spousal abuse. Fortunately, some police officers stayed at the scene and interrogated witnesses separately. All witnesses stated the same thing - consistently - that my ex burst through our office with her face already bruised and dress already torn. It was the most humiliating part of my life. This won't come out in court, but based on a lot of background research done by others, Im convinced that AH has been violent for her whole life- arrested for abusing her prior spouse, beat her sister, etc.- and that she continued that pattern with JD (she admits beating him in a audio tape) ; he was a gentle but troubled guy with addiction issues and an abusive mother, so he placated AH as much as possible, even downplaying and failing to call out her direct violence against him. Meanwhile, she corrals her friends and sister to help build the "abuse" case against JD and then she gains fame as a "MeToo" warrior. I think much of his in court reaction to the audio tapes is his distress at his recollection of not calling her out for her violence, but instead trying to be kind and loving to AH

I've read that AH also has a juvenile record of DUI/OUI and suspicion of vehicular manslaughter; however, her record is sealed. Her DL was suspended from 16 until she was 21. I've been told that it takes a lot IE vehicular manslaughter, repeated DUI/OUI, driving on a suspended license, to have your DL suspended for that long at that age in TX.
AH testified that she went to "quite a few" different Catholic schools. If you're a scholarship student in parochial school, as she claimed, you lose your scholarship if you're a problem child. My parents paid for me to attend until I wanted to attend public school with my friends; so, I knew better than to be a problem child 😁
My point is, AH has had socially unacceptable behaviors for a very long time, been given a free pass and never had to take responsibility, imo. I sincerely hope that Karma has caught up with her and JD will be vindicated.

I'm an abuse survivor. But, it drives me nuts when I hear people classify a male (in this case Depp) defending himself as abuse or mutual abuse. If you look at him restraining her in a completely isolated way, then, yes that's abusive. But, if you look at the entire situation - her physically attacking him and preventing him from leaving. Then he only had 2 options - restrain her until she stopped attacking or he could escape or to engage in physically fighting her, in which case he would have to hit her. We would not call a woman an abuser for the same actions. We wouldn't even call her an abuser for hitting him. Men who are in abusive relationships are stuck. They can't hit back because they're likely to do more damage per hit, society says hitting women or a weaker individual is wrong, and if police get involved they're far more likely to be the one jailed. In many cases, the men don't want the woman to go to jail and/or they're too embarrassed to call the police. I lived in an abuse shelter and a male abuse survivor cave to stay the embarrassment he felt at not defending himself because of all these fears was visceral. Add to those fears the fact that Depp is a mega star and calling the police because his spouse is abusing him would break the Internet and it's hard not to see he was stuck and restraining her was the only way he could stop the attack. That's not mutual abuse or abuse. After watching the whole trial and listening to the tapes I think there were very toxic things said from him during arguments and there were some things he could've done differently, like leave her earlier, but none were abusive. Mean words are only mean words, they become abuse only when manipulation or other tactics are added to prevent escaping or ending the relationship.

His constant laughs and enjoyments when her team makes some stupid mistakes or somebody is testifying something funny. He also said and I think this was as evidence in court, I believe in a text message, that he seeks to globally destroy her. The UK case was already bringing up a lot, but he lost in 12 of 14 points. That enraged him and now he is suing her directly. And he wanted the cameras because he knew he can put on a show, a the cool dude, he likes to portray himself. I do believe both are not innocent and it was unfortunately mutual abuse. I really wish them both well and have better years ahead with good partners. But I’m sad, because in all the texts and calls you could be witness of how much they actually love each other. It was a great love. With a long and deep downfall.

Yep, I agree and thinking the same thing. She lacks completely, empathy! Did she EVER ask if he was okay, or “I am so sorry!” For decapitating his finger!!
      Wicked and evil girl.
I am a survivor of severe domestic violence, my mom and an ex.
I can understand his reaction to the damage to his finger. I am a musician as well. It’s devastating to damage a hand when you use your hands to play your preferred instrument!
As a musician, playing ones instrument It’s deeply felt emotionally, because music is extremely personal in expression of ones soul. To lose a finger tip as a musician is likened to losing a foot to a runner, or losing your eyes as a painter! One loses the ability to express their emotions, creativity, or entertain others which is a joyful experience as well!
I would liken it to if Amber had deep lacerations all over her lovely little face.. her ability to hoodwink, manipulate or seduce others would be way less affective with her instrument of choice, taken away from her in an act of violence from someone who “supposedly LOVES YOU “?! It is DEVASTATING!
She is just downright LUCKY Johnny’s such a good guy and NEVER touched her in a violent act. The decapitation of his finger, if happened to AN ACTUAL ABUSER, would NO DOUBT set him off to beating the HELL out of Amber in actual reality!!! But Johnny just reacted to the absurdity of moment and extremely violent actions of Amber towards him. A lot of victims of abuse actually DO hurt themselves physically in an altercation. In self loathing and hatred for their situation of being hurt again and again by their domestic violent perpetrator! It is a mental state of absolute loathing of ones predicament of feeling trapped like an animal and your self worth crushed before one that you thought loved you.
It’s rejection of who you are in an outright act of violence to your physical person yes, but the perpetrator wants to destroy your soul as well.
It’s a despairing and desperate feeling of hopelessness and loss of being wanted or loved or cared for. The abuse is the complete opposite of being loved.
I just want to hug him and tell him it’s not ok what she did and he is very fortunate that she didn’t do him greater harm down the road.
She is “the monster” and when she speaks of “the monster” it is her referring to herself and reflecting it upon Johnny, extremely common action of a perpetrator, narcissist, SOCIOPATHS! Notice how she is trying to gaslight Johnny ALL THE TIME!
I doubt that Amber knows the first thing about Love or COMPASSION!

I also spearhead several domestic violence victim advocacy groups. And I can tell you from both my personal and professional experience and education and speaking for the many, many domestic violence victims I work with; there is 100% no doubt that Amber is absolutely not the victim here. It is Johnny who is the victim.
As for all of you on this panel, you need to educate yourself on a term called, "reactive abuse", which is why Johnny tried to restrain his wife when she was trying to harm him or why he says nasty things to her in RESPONSE to her verbal and physical attacks. Reactive abuse is not the same as being an abuser. In reactive abuse, the victim does not instigate the physical violence and physical aggression. They "react" to the abuser's physical attacks on them.

It honestly astonishes me - a woman - that men aren't allowed to reasonably defend themselves from a physically violent woman without risking arrest. I consider bear-hugging someone who won't stop hitting or kicking you to be a completely reasonable defense. Then again, I will admit to being biased, as my husband's ex was abusive and even after stabbing him in the hand on two separate occasions, the police declared he must have done something to provoke her because he'd grabbed her wrist to stop her from stabbing him anywhere else. I just can't comprehend thinking that stopping an assault with reasonable force (we're not talking backhanding or choking her) = automatic physical abuse if it's a man who's stopping an assault against a female aggressor.

Here’s why I don’t believe Amber: She’s trying so hard (but not doing a good job) to look sad and scared, but there’s no shame. Victims of abuse will show some kind of shame when speaking about their abuse, even when they understand that it wasn’t their fault and they don’t have anything to be ashamed of. It gets easier to talk about with therapy and time, but it’s almost like emotionally stripping down naked because you’re exposing something so personal. Like I said, it gets easier over time, but there’s always a compulsion for shame that you make a conscious effort to fight through. To go along with the emotional nudity metaphor, Heard’s claims feel like emotional revenge porn.

He's taken back to a point in time where Jerry was alive and all was 'well'. Nerve damage, tendons and to the bone in He's right-handed, so I told him that at least it wasn't his dominant hand. He explained that his left hand is the most important when playing the guitar, because it's the fret hand. His right hand mostly strums or picks the cords. The fret controls everything from tone, key, etc. No serious, passionate guitarist would deliberately cut his fingers. Especially the fret hand. He'd more likely cut out his heart.
