Johnny Depp won his defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard on Wednesday 1st June 2022, and the jury awarded him $15 million in damages. Depp was awarded $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages in his defamation suit. The jury also awarded Heard $2 million in compensatory damages. Depp sued Heard for $50 million after she wrote an op-ed for The Washington Post in 2018 in which she called herself a "public figure representing DA." Heard countersued Depp for $100 million.
Borderline personality disorder is a mental health disorder that impacts the way you think and feel about yourself and others, causing problems functioning in everyday life. It includes self-image issues, difficulty managing emotions and behavior, and a pattern of unstable relationships. With borderline personality disorder, you have an intense fear of abandonment or instability, and you may have difficulty tolerating being alone. Yet inappropriate anger, impulsiveness and frequent mood swings may push others away, even though you want to have loving and lasting relationships.

What i take away from all of this is that very attractive women have the unchallenged privilege of being exactly like this if they choose; complete w/their own narrative of victimization which they can nowadays project daily on social media to thousands of white knight replies.

Another is the fact she never recounts how it FELT. She never states how her body felt but focuses on how she thought. When your getting assaulted you are not thinking, your feeling....

JD must have described the horror of seeing Amber get like that and not knowing what was attacking him or how to stop her as it was like she wasn't there and instead he was fighting a demon.

Most JD supporters said that they felt uncomfortable watching Amber 'cry'. They attributed their feelings of discomfort to her lying. We are engrained from birth to feel uncomfortable watching another person in pain. Make your miinds up JD supporters. Are you supposed to feel uncomfortable or nothing? In reality its all very subjective. Behavioral analysis is easy under standard conditions but here we have celebrity using drugs and live TV. This will make behavioral analysis extremely complicated. It's because she truly is narcissistic! They lie even when they KNOW the person KNOWS they are telling lies! It's the first thing they think of - to LIE! They double down of the lies by "remembering" little bits here and there to try and paint a picture that would be more believable. I had a family member who would do this from the time they were a small child! And this trait was carried over even when dealing with other close family members and people she claimed were best friends! It's that they can NEVER admit guilt of fault and simply MUST put that on someone else, and it doesn't matter who gets nailed with it as long as they can "believe" they come off as being innocent! In my opinion it's another sign of mental illness or personality disorder.

The fake crying is so bad, ugh! Listen to Incredibly Average's Australian tapes of what occurred, it's really telling. Scott is correct, her body language does not show fear about the incident only that she isn't being believed.

@@eva-jwatts7604 I truly believe Johnny put up with it for 2 reasons (a few more, also but not relevant to what I'm going to say). #1. Being a man versus a woman I think he felt that no matter how hard she hit him she couldn't do the damage the stronger sex can do to the weaker sex. #2. His mother was abusive so he was conditioned to abusive women. I feel so badly for him because he (and everyone else) deserves to be treated so much better than this.

A broken nose is a lot of damage. Rings would burst the skin on her face leaving a ton of swelling and bruising none of which could be covered up with a “bruise kit”

    • @yakhooves

As someone who has had his nose broken for him on a couple different occasions and had my face struck, it’s absolutely surreal that she would make these outlandish claims of brutal alleged violence. It doesn’t take a full power strike to give you a serious black eye. I’ve had plenty. They hurt, they’re apparent, and they take a while to go down.
I have never taken a hit from a person wearing rings like Johnny’s. But as you say, if any of her nonsense was true, she would have been lacerated, swollen, and bloodied. No amount of makeup or ice would be able to hide it. She would have required medical attention. Her teeth would have likely been broken. Her facial bones would have been broken. Women’s skulls are actually different than men’s. They are less likely to take damage without serious consequences.
I have a hard time believing Amber has experienced a fist to the face. Ever. I don’t believe she has ever experienced injuries caused broken glass. It’s super easy to get deeeeep cuts with even an accidental exposure to shards of glass. If her bare back had fallen on it, she would have required medical attention and would likely have visible scars, even after it healed. She wouldn’t be wearing a backless dress. Maybe never again.
      She is despicable.

I agree. It’s not only evident to me in the audio recordings, but also in the known circumstances surrounding their relationship. JD moved multiple members of AH’s friends and/or family into his penthouses so they’d be around for her. I’m not saying it never happens, but I’ve personally never seen a man as controlling and violent as she claims JD was, allow their partner to have such a large and easily accessible support system at their beckon call, and I’ve been dealing w DV survivors for years in my profession. Clearly AH is a very demanding person, in both her relationships and her friendships. Anybody who’s ever been around an abusive or controlling person knows that abusers tend to isolate their partner and keep them on a short leash. When I heard her testimony that she text her friend Rocky to come over during an alleged violent attack (JD’s team alleges Rocky was already hiding in their penthouse, which I tend to believe since it’s supported by other testimony) and Rocky ran and got her key and let herself into their penthouse to allegedly run to AH’s side to protect her, it seemed to be in direct contrast to her claim of him being “controlling”. It’s very hard for me to believe that a man who allows his wife’s friends to have unlimited access into their personal life, is violent and controlling. Imagine a man who regularly and violently attacks his wife allowing her friends to bust in anytime and stand between them. I just can’t see that happening. I think she’s lying about 95% of what she claimed, but that’s jmo.

She sounds exactly, exactly, like an abuser.. My abuser. It's terrifying. The one where she laughs maniacally pushing him to go like a "all men do". It scared me to death. Others she's talking in circles, every point he makes she discounts, every time he addresses a point she raises, she dismisses it. Around and around until nothing makes sense. We're responsible for our actions, including sobriety, but I'm not surprised he didn't stay sober. I bet his depression was off the charts. Interesting that she should use the word "velocity" when describing the bottles and cans flying past her. I recall that Johnny, told the hand surgeon in Queensland that he got his finger trapped in the bi-folding doors, the surgeon didn't believe him and responded saying "this is a high velocity injury". Johnny and his team decided to lie for Amber, he didn't want the hospital staff to find out how he was injured, to protect Amber and to avoid a media scandal which would be problematic for the studio bosses and the Pirates franchise. I don't think it's a coincidence that she would use that word.

Being a victim of past violent attacks myself, what bothered me the most about Amber's testimony is WHAT information is missing. Like video 2, "I don't know how it ended...I don't know what happened...". I have never met a victim who didn't know EXACTLY how they got away and where they went. Out of all the flashes, that is the moment where things get a but clearer because survival requires us to compute our escape and the peak of the trauma where we can't think is starting to fall behind us. Not saying we're rational or totally in control in that moment of flee, but we know damn well where we ran to and what we did after.
I had no recollection of screaming, I can't tell you what he was saying...the first crystal clear memory was my 10yr old son's voice screaming for dad to let me go and dad charging after him. I remember thinking I couldn't take the sane route to my kids because he'd still be between us, I grabbed a knife on the way in case he attacked me again, and I remember every minute of the rest of that night as I sat on guard between our bedroom and the bedroom our kids were in.
We KNOW that moment that triggers the end. We can be terrified, but survival overrules it in the same way that people will jump into traffic to save a child from a car. Amber is always missing how things end and, as Chase said, knows every single detail about the furniture and flooring. It's horrible acting and I find her to be insulting to real victims.

I went into watching the trial having not seen any Amber videos before, so i had no baseline, also I had been biased by the media's reporting against JD. So i was curious. Once Amber actually took the stand, I couldn't believe what she was saying, it was like watching someone lie to me, someone gas lighting me..something I have experienced enough over a period of time to immunize me to it. It appeared that she had reversed roles with JH in the attacks. No wonder they didnt want this broadcast, because seeing IS believing, and seeing Amber made me believe JD was the true victim here. Being a parent of 3 adult children also plays into this for me. Parents have to sort through accusations, fights, lies, etc., to get to the truth when dealing with kids, and this reminded me of certains times I sat patiently listening to one of my kids lying about something that happened, amazed at the preposterous tale he spun. It would have been easier to believe he had been abducted by aliens. My kids eventually concluded, "you can't lie to dad, he just seems to know, he's a mind reader"
I wasnt a mind reader, they were just bad liars.
    Amber is a bad liar.

What is so ironic about this trial is how easily Heard could have gotten away with it all, even at this stage, if it weren't for the very same personality disorders that caused her to ruin her marriage and engage in this hoax to begin with.
She could have sold the world a tale of an imperfect victim engaged in mutual abuse and the jury would probably have believed it enough to accept Depp was hitting her.
Instead she tried to present the image of a perfect victim, a saint and a martyr, who suffered literally unbelievable levels of one-sided and unprovoked violence. Not only was her story implausible and her performance poor, her extremely over-the-top descriptions of violence created a new problem regarding her total lack of evidence. If anything, what evidence was shown created endless discrepancies with her tales of broken noses and getting endlessly punched in the face by a fist bedecked in rings.
Heard blew up her marriage, but she also blew up her exit route with her hyperbolic and histrionic performances.

I could not agree more. I have been saying this from the beginning of the trial. It sounds crazy to call Johnny "lucky", but he actually IS lucky that Amber Turd is so fvcking crazy because had she been less crazy and more thoughtful about her ABUSE HOAX, she not only would've gotten away with it initially, but she'd still be getting away with it to this day and Depp's life and career would be OVER for good.
Had Amber Turd simply said something like "Johnny was a jealous drunk and occasionally he would go out with friends and get high and drunk, then he'd come home in a jealous rage over an actor I was working with on a movie or an old friend I talked to and he would start slapping me around and belittling me and my acting career". THAT LEVEL OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE STILL WOULD'VE ENDED JOHNNY'S HOLLYWOOD CAREER! PERIOD! Not only that, but that level of violence IS ACTUALLY BELIEVABLE based on her pictures. Even if the pictures are Photoshopped and even if the marks on her face are totally fake and were created BY Amber Turd with her "bruise kit". There wouldn't really be any way to PROVE that they were faked, and the red marks and bruises would at least be consistent with a drunken Depp smacking Amber around in a jealous rage.
But she is SO INSANE that she just couldn't help herself. She desperately wanted to have a "survivor story" that involved harrowing levels of violence and seckshual assault. She desperately wanted that level of fame and notoriety for herself, and she desperately wanted to DESTROY Johnny Depp's life and career. So she fabricated these truly insane lies that involved savage beatings where she is claiming that Depp basically came within a millimeter of caving her skull in and killing her, in addition to violent seckshual assaults and R4PES with foreign objects. She even said MULTIPLE TIMES during her performance on the stand that she thought she was GOING TO DIE at the hands of Depp!!! Then she puts up a picture of a little redness on her cheek and claims the picture was taken after one of these BRUTAL beatings. LMFAO!
It's actually really scary to think about how this could've ended for Depp had Amber Turd been even slightly sane. The same level of insanity that ruined Depp's life and career is the same level of insanity that saved him. And that is exactly why Depp fought to have this trial televised. Because he KNEW that Amber Turd's lies would be immediately evident to the entire world if we were able to see her full testimony ourselves without it first being DELIBERATELY EDITED by the propagandist mainstream media to make AMBER TURD look like the victim.
Amber's craziness coupled with this trial being televised are what saved Depp's career and probably his life as well. I can certainly see Depp ODing (either accidentally or deliberately) or taking a lethal cocktail of drugs and alcohol at the same time had Amber Turd actually been successful in ending Depp's acting and music careers and destroying his good name and reputation publicly. Scary to think about.

Absolutely right! She was remembering what she did to him, I bet. He was the victim. That statement of the thrown bottle whizzing near her head? That's what SHE did to HIM. If one follows the encounters she's had with other people: punching her girlfriend in the arm in an airline building where the police caught her and filed a report, punching Elon in the face after which those bruises were visible in some pictures online, and beating up her own sister, etc. Also she was arrested around the age of 15 of driving with a friend in a car. The car crashed and her friend died. She was arrested for that so the police must have found she did something unlawful, perhaps drinking or drugs?

    • @hildy9678
      @hildy9678 Год назад +4

I don't think that what she claims to remember about "what he did" is actually true. I think his running away from confrontations is true. But the rest of what she's accusing him of is not true because that is not in his nature. All his previous lovers and those who know him well have sworn in court that Mr. Depp has never and would never do those things.
She has to make him look like the bad guy and that she is the victim, when actually it is exactly in reverse. She is the evil one and he is the victim. Apparently she fed him drugs just as it was reported recently that she did to her "friends" like Cara De LaVigne, and the young girls she groomed to attend sex parties and service the guys. She apparently has in the past beaten up her own sister, punched Elon Musk - a former lover, hit her other former lover (an actor from Mexico), her "friends," etc. She is a grave danger to others and the authorities need to act on this.

@@lauroandrea3241 Wrong. So sad you can't spot a narcissist; means you are one or you are being used by one. She is VERY much a Mid-Range Cluster B Narcissist in addition to being a Psychopath and diagnosed with BOTH Borderline Personality Disorder AND Histrionic Personality Disorder (last two are by Dr. Shannon Curry). Just because it did not come up in the courtroom does not mean she doesn't have that particular personality disorder.
Look up the definition of a Mid-range Cluster B Narcissist (also HG Tudor is an ULTRA narcissist and has done an extensive breakdown of why she is also a narcissist) If you want to see that, his youtube channel is HG Tudor or you can google his name online. There are also other channels like: The Behavioral Arts (he also has a psychology degree) and The Body Language guy that have all concluded the same thing.
HOWEVER you need 5 of these 9 traits to be diagnosed as a Narcissist (the severity of each determines what range narcissist you are) and she fits ALL 9:
      1.Have a grandiose sense of self-importance.
      2. Preoccupied by fantasies such as those of unlimited success, brilliance, beauty, power, or ideal love.
      3. Believe they are special or unique and can only be understood by and associate with people of a certain standing.
      4. Require excessive admiration.
      5. Have a sense of entitlement.
      6. Manipulates others to achieve their own gains.
      7. Lacks empathy.
      8. Often envious of others or believes others are envious of them.
      9. Display arrogant and haughty behaviors or attitudes.
AND look up the definition of a Psychopath...she literally fits EVERY single symptom listed in the dictionary: Glibness/superficial charm
      Grandiose sense of self-worth
      Need for stimulation/proneness to boredom
      Pathological lying
      Conning/manipulative
      Lack of remorse or guilt
Shallow affect (i.e., reduced emotional responses)
      Callous/lack of empathy
      Parasitic lifestyle
      Poor behavioral controls
      Promiscuous sexual behavior
      Early behavioral problems
      Lack of realistic, long-term goals
      Impulsivity
      Irresponsibility
Failure to accept responsibility for one's own actions
      Many short-term marital relationships
Juvenile delinquency (there is a mug shot to prove jail time as a youth)
