The Johnny Depp trial 2022 - Johnny Depp Amber Heard court battle -- Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial 2022 - Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial 2022 - Breaking Celebrity News
Johnny Depp won his defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard on Wednesday 1st June 2022, and the jury awarded him $15 million in damages. Depp was awarded $10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages in his defamation suit. The jury also awarded Heard $2 million in compensatory damages. Depp sued Heard for $50 million after she wrote an op-ed for The Washington Post in 2018 in which she called herself a "public figure representing DA." Heard countersued Depp for $100 million.
Although their marriage lasted a matter of months, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's relationship spanned more than a decade. The defamation case brought by Johnny Depp against his ex-wife Amber Heard is ongoing and will likely take weeks to conclude. But what preceded the case? Depp and Heard's relationship began more than a decade ago, and eventually devolved into what appears to have been a toxic marriage. The couple split in 2016, but have continued to battle in court over an op-ed Heard wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which she described surviving DV -- without mentioning Depp by name. Depp is suing for $50 million in damages and denies ever being physical with Heard. Heard is countersuing for $100 million and claims she was only ever physically aggressive with Depp in self-defense or defense of her younger sister.
Borderline personality disorder is a mental health disorder that impacts the way you think and feel about yourself and others, causing problems functioning in everyday life. It includes self-image issues, difficulty managing emotions and behavior, and a pattern of unstable relationships. With borderline personality disorder, you have an intense fear of abandonment or instability, and you may have difficulty tolerating being alone. Yet inappropriate anger, impulsiveness and frequent mood swings may push others away, even though you want to have loving and lasting relationships.
Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is defined by the American Psychiatric Association as a personality disorder characterized by a pattern of excessive attention-seeking behaviors, usually beginning in early childhood, including inappropriate seduction and an excessive desire for approval.
The Behavior Panel comprises the world's top body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. As someone who has PTSD, what I noticed most is Amber's lack of fear. On the stand there is a lack of the exhaustion, the cowering, the shaking, the need to protect oneself by almost trying to shrink due to being in front of the perpetrator, as well as having to talk about memories you don't want to remember. This is all missing here.

I believe that thy did have many of these fights she is describing them in detail at times. That is when she is truly recalling something. And I believe he may have pushed and shoved her to defend himself. But in her mind his verbal abuse was the same as physical abuse. That made her feel justified to get violent and she absolutely believes that she was the victim.
But there are parts that she knows she is lying about as well. But she does not have a conscience to care enough to ever admit the truth. It is very frightening. And with that type of narcissism you won’t see a change. I could not give a diagnosis but she has any signs of a psychopath.

She was the one that set up recording everything - in Australia she had a recorder taped to the underside of a table just silo she could hear what they were saying about her. She thought she was so smart - leaking the very recordings that demonstrate and prove her guilt. Every time an AH stan tries to tell me she is innocent, I remind them of the evidence SHE provided that implicates her - and I remind them of her inconsistent testimonies between the UK and US trials. I *can* imagine someone making the choice to be completely checked out if they don’t feel like they have a way to experience actual safety. I think it would be narrated pretty differently if that’s what was going on, and I imagine that’s not a common choice.
I kind of feel like almost everything she says that doesn’t make sense is something some victim would do somewhere at some point for some reason… But all of it together doesn’t add up

Bottom line, this woman has no problem throwing punches on people in her life when she loses her temper, which is often. Her husband got the worst, but her former gf, her sister, her friend Rocky. They've all said she popped them in the face. And she seems to not think there's anything wrong with it cause she's a "115 lb woman". No Amber, you are a bully and an abuser. You're a bad person.

She’s confused why people and the jury do not believe her. Simple, because her every word of the abuse she claims to have been through is a complete and utter lie. She has this disgusting “woe me” attitude that is way too overboard. The fact that she does not have any remorse for hurting someone, and only thinks of herself…is just purely horrifying.

One thing that seems odd to me is the idea that she didn't react to being slapped 3 times. She seems a very reactive person, someone who wouldn't just sit there. She doesn't even react on the stand whilst recalling the alleged incidents which is really odd. You would think that the memories rushing back would generate some emotional flashback once your brain has had time to assimilate the events. Strange and unusual.
