The Broken Arrow murders took place on July 22, 2015, when five members of the Bever family were murdered in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States. Daniel Bever (aged 12) called 9-1-1, saving the lives of his sisters Autumn (2) and Crystal (13) by alerting authorities. Crystal, one of the two survivors, identified two of her older brothers, 18-year-old Robert and 16-year-old Michael, as the assailants. The brothers were subsequently arrested and charged with five counts of first-degree murder and one count of assault and battery with intent to murder. The perpetrators were sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

I have a request, if you’re so inclined to do this. Some channels have “timed” comments available on their channel. I think it gets done on your end, maybe I’m wrong. Look at the tabs for comments. There’s “Top” and “Newest.” If you want to, maybe you can activate “Timed” comments. So when we make comments and include the time of the comment, all those comments will be included in that “folder.”
It’ll make it easier for everyone to find timed comments.
      -Thanks
      Love you guys so much!

It is incredibly frustrating trying to understand a word that kid says. I'm so annoyed because I really wanted to know what he said after the female cop chimed in and asked why he conned them to open the bathroom door, if he didn't want any more to do with it (words to that effect). And I can't understand one. single. word. of his reply.

He tells the lad that he'll be famous, people will want to interview him. The lad closes down and says he doesn't want to be interviewed about this. That felt like the first inkling of the weight of what he'd done. A few moments later, he looks down and to the side, heaving a sigh and in his own world for a moment-again, like regret. Then he pulls himself together again-trying to separate himself from what he'd been feeling in those moments. I could be wrong though?

This young man has a speech issue that, considering his age at the time of this video, makes me think was neglected to be worked with properly to help him.
I am not saying that justifies his choices and the awful things he and his brother perpetrated. I’m just pointing out that it’s pretty damn hard to be a teen as it is. Add a speech difference and other issues and it just compounds things socially/emotionally.
What a horrible, tragic, overwhelmingly terrible case.

I lived very close to this home of horror at the time of the horrific attacks and murders. The older brother actually testified in his little brothers trial stating how he was the only one that acted to attempt to lessen his sentence. Fortunately, the testimony didn’t help, and they both received the punishment they deserved.
Devastating case all around. The only reason they didn’t kill the infant was bc “they forgot,” but had the intention of decapitating the baby. The house has been destroyed and a memorial is in its place.

Such an odd mix in that this was such a horrific crime yet one of the absolute best, as far as what we've learned from the guys' analysis and witnessed from this amazing interrogator. It was so awesome to see the mirroring and mimicking being played out, and to see how effective it is. Thank you!!

Would be cool to get the interrogator on the show. I always wonder whether they realise just how good they are or if it's just instinctual at that point.

They did that with the interrogator from David Russell Williams case. They were so pleased with his work...

    IDEA FOR NEW VIDEO:
I've been looking for a behavioral analysis of a near death experience and what they had seen. There's NDE videos all over youtube but havent found anyone really breaking down their micro expressions of them telling their story.

I was stabbed and bled to death and was revived at the hospital. I saw the “bright light in a tunnel” and remember seeing police by my bed. I’ve never tried to confirm anything I saw but I don’t remember going to heaven or anything like that. 🤷🏻

I actually dont see you as scary at all Greg Hartley, in fact, i think you have a beautiful spirit and an awesome smile! Having said that, you obviously have so many tactics as you speak of them, for different situations. You are amazing, have heart, but can also obviously be very confronting when need be. You are an inspiration!❤

I don't think I can drop a link in a reply, so instead, I recommend watching "We Can Make You Talk: A History of Interrogation". You will see where Greg Hartley could have that 'scary as hell' reputation. I actually didn't recognize him at first in it, so if you think you see him... it's him. He has a little bit of blonde hair.

There's an old 8 passengers video clip where Rudy says she has to neglect her kids to spend time with Kevin. Kevin is sitting there on their bed, Ruby pauses, and Kevin gives a bizarre head nod. If they analyze Kevin, I would love for BP to include the clip.

I'm with Mark this kid is hard to understand.
He kind of sounds like he has a southern accent mixed with a speech impediment.
He pronounced his brother's name as "Cwistophuhw" (W's instead of r's) and other words weird. Pairing that with mumbling I couldn't understand most of it.
