I’ve been listening to episodes 1-50 the past few weeks and I have to say that Matt is the reason this podcast was successful and survived those early days. Inside scoop: I was at Shane's 2nd taping - sold out. Everyone was howling, Shane killed it and I haven't laughed that hard in years. Never saw Matt do standup, and his opening set rocked. Managed to schmooze at the hotel bar afterwards and played a fierce game of pool with Matt and Gardini... they came in with a surprise win. Gardini is a sneaky boy.

Honestly I can´t explain how listening to the Cheek Clappers Podcast makes me feel. I am very lonely and have no friends at all. I live alone and work remotely so I have little to no human interaction. But when I put their podcast on it´s like hanging out with two of my best buds. They don´t judge me for my macabre ghoulish goblin-like appearance or lack of any personal hygiene. We just laugh together like we have been friends forever.
The frog in a bag story at the end is the hardest I’ve ever laughed in my life.
