I know you are inundated with build requests in every video, but if I may make a suggestion of my own: In 2018(ish) Lockheed proposed an aircraft to the Japan Air Self-Defense Forces for a Fifth-Gen Multi-role Air superiority fighter. The proposal was, in effect, an updated F22 with features and technology from F35 integrated. My 'challenge' to you is this... build the bastard love-child of 'Raptor' and 'Lightning II', I believe it would be a fun video, as it would be, by far, the most modern aircraft you have built (in a video atleast), and the very nature of being stealth affects the shaping of the aircraft, requiring a substantially different design language than any aircraft you have built before (again, as far as videos are concerned).
the V-173 had non-retractable gear, survived a full nose-over crash landing with no damage, and the XF5U needed to be scrapped with a wrecking ball cause it was so tough.
Just food for thought about that high speed yaw characteristic. Maybe try adding some vertical stabs / strakes on the underside. Could also just be some aerodynamic effect of the props and airframe at that speed.

An interesting concept for a plane could be one that has the engines in pontoons below the body/wings. Level flight and landing/take off might be difficult, but it could turn on a dime

Would love to see this done with some modifications and updated tech such as contra-rotating props or turbofans giving it a more standard landing gear profile, dual gatlings to cancel out gun rotation pull, rocket pods and Hellfire or Maverick AGM's. The aircraft made by Vought irl was built so tough they had to use a wrecking ball to destroy it, so it would be cool to see it set up as close air support, like a proto A-10
Can see this in a naval attack/strike role, inc carrier based and US Marine sqns. I mean it seems almost STOL (good lift + low stall/landing speed)? Prob a reasonably stable gun platform too. Can see it with completely diff loadouts, e.g. 2x 37 mm cannon, 2x 500 lb bombs, maybe even a torpedo...
From what I remember reading it got canned be ause the navy were switching to jets and steam catapults. Also I could tell from the vid, but I believe the real one was supposed to have counter rotating props to cancel out the torque roll from the props, which might be why your having problems with your yaw wandering around at speed.
Speaking of silly designs, how's about trying to recreate something akin to those large barrel-shaped planes designed for racing? They were pretty much just large barrels with the propeller and engine inside the barrel, and a pilot on the top bit. They were quite stubby, the hollow barrel shape did a lot of the lifting, and the focusing of air for thrust.
