Hi guys! What an amazing labor of love transformation ❤💪🏼 May the Lord bring the right people to that gorgeous rental property of yours 💰🙏🏼 Greetings from the Coachella Valley 🌴
I love that table!!! It looks like the lumber used is 2x10s for the table top, and 2X8s for the bench, yes? The website says the hardware is 40 and 16 inches wide. I just wanted to confirm. Thank you!
Thanks! Yes 4 2x10x12 for the table and then the benches are 2x8s. We had to rip down the 2x8s about 1/4” each to fit in the hardware. The opening is 14”
Looks awesome! Definitely inspiring me to try and build my own table. Not sure about the staining though. I don't feel like I have the patience or touch for that!
??? I love this! Any idea if there is a risk of warping? We need a long and wide table that will seat 2 easily on each end so this idea might be the answer!
Jamie, I don’t think that you will have that lounge chair for long with having a B&B. The legs probably won’t last too long with the way some people treat spaces they rent. Lookin’ great though!

Thanks so much for your kind words! 🧡
I love the diy stuff. You two probably saved 1000 bucks building that table yourselves instead of buying a new one.
True! 😎
I live in Melbourne, Australia and I love mid century. I would definitely rent your place if I was travelling to USA!!! It’s gorgeous!
Thank you! We’d love to have you stay sometime! 😊
Looking forward to seeing how the boat house turns out!
Thanks, we will be showing more of the boat house soon!
Try using Pre-Stain Wood Conditioner before you stain your pine, it's a game changer and greatly reduces the blotchiness of staining pine.
Great tip, thanks for sharing!
Yay! So happy for you guys! Good job on remodel and decor!
Thanks a ton! 😊
Looking good!

I don’t think so if you seal/poly the underside! That way moisture can’t get to the wood. The brackets also hold it in place 😊
@@JAMIEANDSARAH Thank you! We will start building ours soon! Excited to get the size we need,. Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family,

You two are an amazing team!! and your children are adorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Aw, thank you! 🥰
Did I miss how much your table cost?
