I used to listen to this guided meditation on the app called "Insight Timer" but since they updated it and the update didn't work for me I was looking and looking different meditations similar to this one. Truly glad that I found it on RUclips, by far this is my favourite meditation. Thank you Manoj for creating such a beautiful guided meditation
