If anyone wants to know the Cells and what it looks like inside there is another video on RUclips where a person actually takes this battery apart. Your right to leave it sealed up its not fun to take apart. It has samsung or LG cells. Thank you

An Aliexpress seller (Hipack Battery) was willing to sell me the mount if I bought a battery from them ($15 extra). They will not sell the mount alone. The R3 mounts are sold by Biktrix. Thanks!
Why folks need to stay away from Aventon period. No batteries ever! I don't want to hear Covid crap either because EVERY Other ebike maker has them in masses.
if I could get two of equal capacity and a compatible charger I'm in. Not going to take them apart. Will use two to run a Zuumer...you may know this orphan EV as it was from San Diego. The fire dept. in San Diego uses them.

So if a pack is 500 watt hours at 36 V that would be an AH of 13.889 Moving that to 12 still means you have 500 watt hours still. The watt hours don’t change. The best converters will give you 96% of those watt hours as it’s not 100% efficient to change. As a rule of thumb. What ever the watt hours are of the larger voltage pack is you’ll have about 90% of that for the 12V due to conversion losses. This is not all bad because you can run your big pack elsewhere and use significantly thinner gauge wire running to the battery and put the converter close to the source. The 12V converter will have thicker wires on the output.

My original plan was to use a deep cycle battery, but it seems one of these batteries would be lighter and more power for my money. I would have to have a specialized charging system to charge it from my vehicle’s charging system, but it would be nice to be able to power 12 V accessories from this battery such as a refrigerator
I went to his website to buy some batteries. After reading that they are all used with no guarantee at all and not returnable if they are bad I stopped watching his videos.

I think you need to swap your Ah ratings on your website for the series and parallel calc for this battery.
