    Sir rjs me mere cutoff se jaida marks hai unhone muje rule 8 ke kaaran bhar nikal diya maine booklet series likh di but uske gole ko bhara nhi please kohi option hai kya batao😭😭😭😭😭

    Namskar saheb write petition Rajasthan highcourt me lagai 2022 me phir permission mil exam mein bethne ki result ke din roll number hold mein rakh diya kaha court ke karan ab date milti hai toh number nhi lagta 2 saal se

    303(2) & 317(2) BNS lga huaa hai 6 days se judicial custody me hai Bail file karne pe district court me 19 july kaa date Mila hai pr ab opposite party compromise karne ko ready hai to compromise ke liye av kya krna hoga sir?

    When employer did specific notify releted to essential prescribed qualifications and worked experience by published notifications. I have all eligibility criteria fulfilled and duly qualified for the post but here Despite this employer selected a candidate who is not possess requisite qualifications and work experience. Selected candidate was not duly qualified for the post ( as per represent by Rti), 2018
    To till date employer not furnishings my interview marks, category cutt of marks, not define my position in merit list Or selection list and finally waiting list. Matter in already in Gujarat high court to challenge appointment and selection process.
    We make two respondant party in petition 1 appointing authority 2 selected candidate ( who held the position)
    But coordinated serverd noticed on 19/12/2019.in high proceedings
    To till date respondant party not define preliminary objections, not fillings reply in affidavit, Not submitted written statement, 2 times court time bound always failed to response and defense . They're not a position to reply filed in this mandamus writ petition.
    What will high court interfere this petition matter To consider in illegal appointment. And what is relief deemed fit.

    I have filed a writ petitions again' govt company regarding job... according to my lawer 2nd party didn't respond and the timw period of 3months completed.... whenever i ask to my lawer he said...abhi bench me nhi laga hai....lgega then again time fiya jayega .....
    Sir please provide me the complete guideline of procedure of after writ petitions....

    Sir...one important questions which is really very interesting...one of my friend working as Civic Volunteer under Kolkata police..and completed LLB in the year 2023 and finally enrolled his name in tha bar council of west bengal...after enrollment he started his duty at fixed in evening and visit court for practice in every morning...but suddenly someone has complain against him....he is living with his wife along with two child...he stated that he will leave his civics volunteer duty after one year practice of court because at this time he needs financial help..but department has refused his prayer and stated he can't do both..but advocate acts rule 49 States he shall not be fully time salaried employee...and civic volunteer work as no work no pay basis.,.what is best solution..can he fight in court against this?

      Whether he receives salary or not, the fact remains that he is an employee, which means he is in a job or service. As per my information bar council rules do not allow enrollment of anyone who is in employment or job. An advocate is expected to devote full time to his profession. And that's the reason for which this rule is there. I think his job may come in this way of continuing as an Advocate. Please look into the actual rules of BAR council.

    Hlo Sir Namaste, Sir Kuch years phle mera Selection Public Service mai hua tha, Joining process complete hone hi wala tha ki tabhi kuch Candidates who had less marks then me unhone petition file kr diya aur Court Case ko dispose hone mai lagbag 27 Month lag gye aur fir 1 Month baad mera joining letter aaya aur fir appointment hone mai 1 month aur lag gya presently mai service kr raha hun lekin 27 Months ki Salary, Increment aur Timescale wise promotion ka bhot nuksaan hogya hai, Sir kya mujhe koi compensation milega CAT mai case file krke?

      I don't think so. Because it appears that the employer had not deliberately delayed the joining process. Somr court case was going on regarding that post. Moreover the law says that simply being selected does not give you any right to appointment.

      @@LegalInspiration Sir Recruiting Agency failed to even dispose this case, they failed to file a reply on time , we hired a Private lawyer to dispose the case with our own money and it took us 24 Months, Sir this wasted our More than 2 years of Service & Financial Loss equal to 7-8 Lakhs, some candidates who had low marks were not satisfied with the result and hence they filed petion in CAT, they were clearly having marks below the cutoff still they filed case against recruiting agency, and Hon'ble Court stayed our Joining process, we were selected Candidates, Sir Hon'ble Court Disposed the case, citing the reason of having less marks then the required cutoff and those candidates who filed petition lost the case , not even 1 candidate from them was selected, but we lost our time and Financial Loss due to no fault of ours , we suffered badly, for 24 Months, I'm seeking Justice but what Should I Do Sir? Recruiting Agency didn't disposed case on time despite having a Govt. Lawyer, Lawyer didn't showed up many times on date of Hearing and there fore it was postponed many times, then we hired our own lawyer and disposed the case,
      I'm Seeking Justice in 2 Years of Delay in our appointment, and We should be compensated 2.4 years of Salary, and we should be treated as inservice from past 2.4 years which and timescale promotion benefits should be given to us,
      Recruitment Agency did not filed reply on time and after we disposed case hiring a Private lawyer, Recruiting Agency still took one more year (from date of when case was Disposed) to appoint us.
