I thought you should put your sheet masks in the fridge whenever. Does it still work if you’ve already put it into the fridge and then you take it out and then when you’re going to use it, put it in the fridge 10 minutes before?

A sheet mask is not a must but a choice. So you can use it according to your skin condition. You can use it every day, but choose a sheet mask with less than 20 ingredients. Else it will make your skin get exhausted.

You are just promoting the masks from your site... There is also 1 thing you forgot to mention... Alcohol and essential oils should be avoided and the Cica mask you recommend has a bunch of both which is not good for the skin...
