This video tells the story of Pat Tillman, a former NFL player who left his football career to serve his country and tragically died in Afghanistan due to friendly fire.
I thought it was fragging. He spoke out against the war and got "accidentally" shot, hence the cover up or delay in communicating the circumstances of his death
You’re exactly right they used this hero for political purposes I believe. It was never supposed to get out that it was friendly fire. He almost predicted this saying he didn’t want a military burial but the military tried to strong arm his wife. Kinda disappointed that the dude who did this video didn’t do more research
I understand there is more to his death. I didn't discuss the cover up as I felt it would take me far away from my channel focus. I tried to keep it to his career and heroism. Given there is more to his story than that, I may have missed the mark on this one though
He didn't know what he was signing up for. He thought he was going to fight for the US. NOT for rich oil executives.
sad man
This guy is a legend in Phoenix
rightly so!
Helluva way to go out
