Then you get special licenses, insurance, inspections, patrols, limits on barge age, and all the things needed to squeeze out the lower rung competition. They seem to be doing fine on their own skill and wit without the mighty rule book imposed from on high. .
@@NemoBlank Yeah they really look like they’re doing fine! Air quality is poor rivers are polluted and most of them are living in poverty, If you think they are doing fine you must have some very low standards!

If your "solution" for their way of living is rules and environmental awareness you are the only poor person here... These people are doing fine and probably don't want to trade for your life or mine...
