you can tell we are family I make the same thing only I use cream of mushroom soup it is so good thanks for sharing
It is awesome with cream of mushroom soup but John hates that... We are all good cooks in the family....
me too, always use cream of mushroom soup.................chicken soup is ok but i like the flavor of the mushroom soup better........better gravy to me. and I also add one huge rough cut up white onion, got's to have some onion to the gravy part of this mixture, extra flavor and texture needed. woudn't think of pouring the gravy over mashed taters without onion in the gravy...................

Had to laugh, my stove isn't level either, it's to the back. I have to rotate breads and cakes so they aren't uneven! Love this recipe!! Thank you!!
Everytime I move it to clean behind it it gets uneven and it drives me nuts...lol.. Thank you Vesti...

Delicious...I have to use cream of chicken cause my hubby hates mushrooms...Lol

I love onions and would use them in all my dishes but hubby can not have them... Sad!! It is horrible cause I love mushrooms and he hates them with a passion. This Salisbury steak is to die for loaded with mushrooms and onions...

I am going to have to make your version of Salisbury steak. I did copy the Au Jus recipe and eager to use it. My husband loves beef patties with gravy and mashed potatoes.
There is never any left overs that is for sure...lol Thank you.

I just had a thought after watching your au jus and dutch baby video. you coukd serve the steak with both those recipes and it would be like Yorkshire pudding and beef
