Did you PRESSURE COOK this recipe? My Instant Pot doesn’t have a Steak&Meat option, and 25 minutes seems like a long time to cook this recipe. (I pressure cook baby back ribs for about 30 minutes to make them fall-off-the-bone tender, so 25 minutes for hamburger meat can’t be right.)
Mine has a steak/meat setting but you could put it on pressure on low setting for probably 10 to 15 minutes. I’m sorry I just got back to you! I’ve been so busy. I didn’t see it! Again my apologies!!! 😊
👍back at ya! I just got around to making it this evening and it was very good! Next time I may spray the bottom of the pot though as some of the meat stuck to it. Very good recipe though, thank you
