Oh man, I was waiting for this video, and I’m gutted it didn’t work as well as we all hoped. See you in the next video, hopefully with a positive outcome! Cheers!
@onemileattatime2642 yes. But the spokes can't just with 5200 and and issues, it won't come off the rim without ruining it. I have a video where I made this work. You can see it pop up at the end of this video or the pinned comment on this video
@arnoutvanwijk yes. Just filled a video. I have tubeless and cruise so I'll keep my bike. But if you don't have the bike yet, wait for 2025 to see if rumors are true
consider to use large diameter stickers over spoke heads, that way you aren't trying to seal between metal parts (head and rimm) but lay out the sealant over them ,leaving the heads free to move and don't disturb the sealant ...
I love Japanese bikes but this is true about the push you up to the top model to get things like tubeless. The Himalayan 450 can be specked with tubeless rims but not the transalp? If tubeless was an option on the transalp there would be one in my garage now
@slakk5093 honda worried that the transalp would take sales from the africa twin but in reality, if done right, it would take sales from ktm, aprilia, yamaha, and suzuki.
Late to the party. I so enjoy your channel, just down to earth real talk. Regarding the transalp, it's on my shortlist. I just cannot look at the front headlight, and the way they picked the colors, this thing alone makes me walk past it if it was parked on the street. Is there anything, anything, visual trick or whatever to make it look better? decals? are there even after market headlight that blend better?
@moonbiscuit8742 there are decals. I agree, it not the prettiest bike, but it does look better in real life than in photos. But I'm no fashion person, as soon as you ride it, you don't care to much how it looks
Nice try. Thanx for sharing. I heard the Africa Twin wheels will fit the Transalp. What is that bead breaker tool you have? Brand, sold where,...? Why not use an automobile fully 100% rubber valve stem?
@human1513 See the second video where I get it right. Vmx has wheels for this, but very expensive, africa twinbus close but not a perfect fit. I don't remember, a very cheap on on Amazon rubber wears out and cracks. Rubber also wouldn't work as well with the sealend. See the next video where I get the fromlnt wheel sealed to see how stainless worked better
@Diegoadavilab yes I did. It can if they notice it. It's not hard to remove if you need ot get warranty work done and veridian claim it leaves no trace. But better to email them, they are very helpful with these question
man, that africa twin is gorgious,i love this bike and color.its just i dont want to spend those extra 5k and honestly i dont need so much big bike.i have commet to your channel many times.i havent purchase my new bike yet.i think i ll wait for the 2025 models.there are some that interest me,like the new tenere.or if honda give some better colors to the transalp.or if aprilia give a nicer headlight to the tuareg. but,man why are you doing this to yourself?what wrong with tubes?
@Chris_Z. yes, resellers of VMX wheels that I mentioned in the outex video. If I had the money I'd have bought them, but those are $1500 before shipping, this approach (which workes in the video coming out next week) is under $40 I'm about 10k subs shy of affording kke😅
@dontrail9653 I've seen ktm can have a leak every few years. I belive the do a rubber gasket around each spoke. I figured out a better way to do it. That vidoe coming soon
I’ve managed to make the front work:

There are rumors going around about a Transalp-R coming in 2025. With tubeless and optional cc. Can't wait for Eicma.

If Honda could have safely converted a tubed rim to a tubeless one with the help of some adhesive, that's what they would have done.
