    Can we soak it for 7 to 8 hours, then grind it n let it fermented

      You have to soak it 7 to 8
      hrs. then grind it. Doesn't need to fermentate. Taste becomes differ. Otherwise fermentation is optional. 🙂🙂

    Ingredients,top class, full of nutrition ,but end product was not looking good. If u don't mix the onion and tomato,make plain dosa and sprinkle the vegetables on that ,it will taste better and look wise also it will be nice. Texture of dosa will be much better.

      Can v add whole moong instead of moong dal then proportion remains the same
