    വളരെ nutritious ഉം Tasty ഉം ആയിട്ടുള്ള എളുപ്പത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്ന ഒരു recipe ആണ്. ഇത് breakfast ആയും Dinner ആയും ഒക്കെ കഴിക്കാം. Diabetes ഉള്ളവർക്കും Weight കുറയ്ക്കാനും cholesterol, BP എന്നിവ കുറയ്ക്കാനും ധാരാളം പോഷകങ്ങൾ അടങ്ങിയിട്ടുള്ള റാഗിയും ചെറുപയറും കഴിയ്ക്കാം. റാഗി ഒരു സൂപ്പർഫുഡ് തന്നെയാണ്.     നല്ല ഹെൽത്തിയായ ഈ രണ്ട് കൂട്ടും കൂടി ദോശ ഉണ്ടാക്കി യാൽ പറയാതെ തന്നെ അറിയാം. ഇത് എത്രമാത്രമാണ് ഇതിന്റെ ഗുണമെന്ന് 👍🏻. പയർ മാത്രം വെച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. രാഗി ചേർത്ത് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല. ഇനി ഇത് പോലെ ചെയ്തു നോക്കട്ടെ
