    Love the jigs for doing those corners. If there was ever a really useful reason to have a CNC, it's for making accurate jigs for circumstances like that. Love the bed so far. You both are awesome. :)

    I rarely make purchases baled on a you tube video but I did buy the Grizzly Canvas Bluff Jacket that you recommended on a previous video. You were correct and I agree that is is one of the best jackets I own. Keep up the great videos.

    Looks fantastic so far. Poor Luna, hope she is feeling better, she's come a long way. One note on the flutes, if you click "start at" and then select "optimize startpoints" then the zig-zag path should happen automatically without having to connect the lines into a single segment. Cheers from showy Colorado

    Very nice work. I’ve been thinking about making a sideways king size Murphy bed. My parents had one built for my daughter years ago that is a sideways full. Great space saving bed for a small room

      Yes! The horizontal version is the first one we ever built!

    Did you use MDF or HDF for the inserts? HDF will be a lot less fuzzy after machining but is quite a bit heavier. It will also make the finishing process a lot easier if you do the first coat of primer and sand parts like that before you install them. Keep up the good work

    • @Woodbrew
      @Woodbrew  Год назад

      We used MDF. Although we have some sheets of HDF, they are 3/4. And the weight is legit no joke🤣 Good to know about them being less fuzzy!!

    Check your camera screen frame rate. The video has rolling dark bands.

      Frame rate is correct. It’s just what the LED lights tend to do unfortunately 🫠

    Nice job! How many hours do you have into the project so far?

    • @Woodbrew
      @Woodbrew  Год назад +1

      Not sure on exact hours, but I quote everything on the amount of days I think it’ll be in my shop. I quoted this job at 12 working days and that seems about right so far. Technically it’s been in our shop for 14 days, but we haven’t been able to work many full days this last week. If I had to guess I’d say 60hrs in total with another 10hrs of paint and install to go.

    Would love to get your opinion on the fastcaps fast edge. Most of the videos I see on you tube are of the owner of Fast Cap demonstrating his own product. What are your thoughts?

    • @Woodbrew
      @Woodbrew  Год назад

      Honestly only using it because we bought a bunch a long time ago and want to use it up. It’s very very convenient and for most things works great. The only issue is, if your edges are perfectly clean, flat, and smooth it doesn’t stick that well. I used it on our camper conversion and it held up great under heavy use… however I’ve used it on other things and it just seems to want to lift up a tiny bit in some areas. If you sand to soon after applying it, you can force dust under the edge and it will lift it. So I guess mixed feelings.

    Not sure why Molly is crying about your dog being spayed. You don't need to deal with a litter of puppies, and this prevents pyometra. Fill the house with human babies.

      Because she’s literally like my child😅 Thinking of her going under and something happening makes me want to crawl under a rock. From her being 30 pounds, not even a year ago, to her gaining her weight back and fighting heart worms, I am so ready for this little girl to be 100% and have no more pain. So I’m going to cry because I never knew I could love something this much ❤️
