This video shows any project can be a lot more involved than we originally think, and there are a lot of steps. Not saying we can’t do it, it is just bigger than “its only a teardrop, how hard can it be…”.
Hey guys. That was an exceptional series. Well done on the video and camper. Cheers.
You two never cease to amaze us! Congratulations on “finishing” the trailer. You two did an awesome job!!
Congratulations you two. One amazing build, and if you decided to actually make these, I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a custom teardrop camper to you and Molly. Super thumbs up excited for you both
Excellent Neat Work . I have watched all your videos got to learn a lot for you both. Thank you God bless you. Nadeem from India.
Great job Dylan & Molly :) it's good to see the camper on the road for it's first little trip' Thanks for sharing the video with us!💖😎👍JP
Great job to both of you. Thanks for taking it to the bay. When I was young that area was mostly woods and a dirt road at the very end.
Victory coffee!!!!!! I hope you enjoyed that moment together. Beautiful work guys! I recently finished a carving project that took me a year to complete. So I too am in that moment of euphoria! On to the next one!
Isn't it great to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel, or in this case, the project. Taking out on the road for the first time is a huge accomplishment.
Yes! Taking it for its first overnight camp trip tonight😁
Awesome job!!!!!
Awesome job guys 👏
What a wonderful feeling it must be to get to this point.
Beautiful 🤩
Blessings, Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
What a journey, awesome build!! 🎉
Well done!! Congratulations! Loved following your project. Excited to hear about your future travel adventures with it!!
Congratulations!!z, Y’all’s Hard work has Definitely Paid Off! I’m Impressed! Enjoy!
This has been one of the best build series I have seen. You guys have done a great job building this trailer and I can't wait for the next one and see what changes you decide to make on it
Favorite video of the series!
Great build, I like the coffeee bit, actual usage figures help a lot when selecting an inverter.
Looks like the maiden voyage was a huge success! Congratulations!!
Wow! Love the look of your trailer! That power station does sound like it has great specs for the price. I would highly recommend a solar panel if you’re not already planning to mount one. Even just a 100w panel will keep you topped up most of the time. I love the systems where the panel mounts outside for when you’re driving, but can be pulled off and put in the sun when you’re camping. Hope to see more of your progress!
Congrats on a job well done, Proud of you fine folks.
Thank you so much!❤️
Well done great job. Wish many happy camping days👍🙂
Thanks!
congrats on a successfully project!
@17:00 you probably dont have to worry about 99% of appliances that use that standard 15amp 120v plug as usually most will only draw 1500watts as otherwise they would trip many homes breakers or fuses
Drill some holes rear of counter and you can drop cords down through.
Great job! That’s a lot of work put into that.
Thank you!
That van looks great.
Really nice job. But you still need to add a light for the license plate to make it legal.
Great project guys, good job. Really enjoyed this. I have one suggestion, and it is based on watching the video. Mount a power strip along the back wall of the kitchen area. Not a surge suppressor strip, a multi plug power strip, and then feed the power cord through a hole in the counter to the power supply, and plugin. That way there are no cord feeding in front of the counter top.
Yea that’s a great idea!
Wow - look at it go... well done team, that was a lot of work. And a Breville on the go. Now would the power supply handle a coffee roaster? hmmmm. - Cheers
Nice Video series. Love watching people figure out how to do things. I wonder if you could hook the battery up to charge off truck when traveling...
Thanks! Absolutely, you could charge it from your truck. The only problem with that is it takes forever to charge that way.
Put some good reverse lights on this and it’s golden!
Love that project! As I stated before, you guys are responsible for getting me back into woodworking and making me feel better. Now, I want to build a camper for the family. Just one question: did you weigh it (maybe I messed it)? How does it compare to a commercial teardrop camper? Keep doing what you’re doing!
That’s amazing!! We still want to get it officially weighed, so we will be doing a big video on that and the costs and whatnot!
Okay so I gotta know what kind of espresso machine that was. LOL! I binged watched all the Teardrop videos while at the beach last week. Can't wait to see what yall think after camping in it.
Thank you so much!! It’s this one amzn.to/3OsycnD And we just released the camping video!
The trailer looks like a Tesla Cyber truck
Grab the hose to test for leaks before dragging it out in the rain. Looking forward to the future videos.
Yeaaa super nervous about the hose drill😐
@@Woodbrew I get it, but I'd be shocked if you had a leak. You seemed to have had a well thought out plan that should be good. Good luck!
You left your coffee mug on the parking bumper at the park!
I got it! 😅
Why no solar panel? The Pecron is the perfect need for some solar charging capability.
What kind of coffee beans do yall use with your machine? I'm not sure I could do mornings without that machine. It's the best "investment" my wife and I ever made haha. Loved this whole series BTW!
We get them from our local coffee shop! And buy in bulk😅😅
An espresso machine?!?!?! When you actually go camping, there better be a metal coffee pot sitting on some hot coals perculating away. Cowboy Kent Rollins will show you how to make it.
I would just like to know how much the 2 drop camper total cost is if. Y all build another one
Looks like you were at Fairhope
Yes we are
hi Dylan, It looks like you got to demonstrate two different battery pack systems. In this episode you have the Pecron but then in your next video, some other kind. I understand the "paid promotion" stuff but ultimately, which one or another did you end up with for your personal use?
Nicely done. I see the license plate holder didn't make it on the trailer. Did you wire a light for the license plate? Looking forward to seeing it's maiden camping trip.
Not adding it on for the video for the client's privacy sake. We don't need a light as the trailer is registered as a utility trailer and in our state it doesn't need a light.
Great Job! You mentioned that you would include the link for the rear hatch (clamps) latch but I don't see it. Would you have that link?
My bad! amzn.to/44zWAIQ
Great job on the camper it looks very nice.
I just don't understand how you can recommend a product with out actually using/testing it. On my channel I may do a first impression video but I would never recommend anything to my viewers that I haven't personally used over time.
I didn’t think I did explicitly recommended it? I just stated what I liked about it and said it’s on sale if you are interested. I do my product vetting up front before making the video. We don’t promote anything we haven’t done research on and feel is a good product. We get dozens of product review/promotion requests daily and only pick a few a month if that to promote. Trust me when I say we weed out the bad products up front.
That's great I'm glad you take the time to do so. Just a suggestion you should make that more clear in the future.
I have seen a lot of channels die because they lost the trust of their viewers.
Do you have the links to all the parts you used? I have the same trailer and I want to upgrade the tires/rims to get it a little more off the ground and to be able to take it on the highways/maybe off road. can anyone give me a link to any tire upgrades
Check out the playlist for the series and go to the trailer build video. Each video has links in the description👍
Wait I thought this camper was for some friends of yours? Regardless it turned it out great. You did a good job on the wiring it looks fantastic.
It is! But we usually tag along with them camping soo we will be bringing along the espresso machine🤣
@@Woodbrew Oh ok! I figured you liked it so much because it turned out so great you decided to keep it for yourselves.
Cheap trailer you will have issues out of it you build something that nice you need to put something underneath it and the foundation of something is the best so to me you come out cheap but putting a cheap foundation underneath that box that you guys built
As usual a great video! Good luck with the camping trip.
Thank you! Heading out on the first overnight soon!
So how did the camper work? This is just a battery ad. You did not showcase the finished build. Just needed to burn a video for a free battery.
Next video will be about our first camping trip. This was the final episode of 19 build videos. Considering it has taken us months to build this and I am excited about all aspects of the build process I definitely nerded out on the battery. I was only required to do a 30-60 sec ad, so considering a talked as much as I did ought to tell you how much I like it. Ad spots like this one help make projects like this possible.
Showing a battery going on a truck drive and making coffee basically nothing to do with building a camper
8 min ad in a 20 min video ? I try and watch to support youtubers but this time I gotta admit I skipped
