Hello sweet Juanette, happy to see you! I grew with 8 people trying to get into the bathroom, lol! My early years no bathroom or toilet & hot & cold water! It was an outhouse & well, yeah! I’m civilized now,no going back to that, lol! I just went to Amazon & me some of those powders. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts of making our ephemera to pop! Please give sweet Fiona a big hug, please take care & have a wonderful day!🤗💜🌻💕🐶🙏🙏
Ooooooo how I loved this! Thank you for the link to the velvet powder. I cannot wait for it to arrive. The use of the green Stickies enhanced the already lovely image incredibly! You were so smart to think of that. I only think of Stickles for Christmas. Silly me. lol. This journal is so beautiful due to your devotion and creativity. I just love it.
I don't know about your family but when you have that many people sharing a bathroom sometimes one person's taking a shower while one person is using the toilet and another one is brushing their teeth. Ha Ha
Thank you so much Lucy. I can't believe how much easier this sixfold journal was to make compared to the first one. I even found the Coptic stitch very easy this time. Yes, I remember it being called flocking powder.
@JuanettesCraftingCorner I'm working on 3 journals right now. One is 2 signatures pink and purple colors. Finishing an altered book I started in January. And started a tall skinny ledger journal. Also need to finish taking pictures and list some of my treasures from our road trip. 😂
My son is going through a bathroom remodel, currently all he has is the toilet, no sink no shower, him and my grandson are coming to our house to shower 🤯🤯. Can’t get the insulation guy to show up so that the plumber and contractor can finish. Very very very frustrating. I grew up with 6 of us sharing one bathroom, amazing when I think back to those years. We had a schedule and we did our make up and hair in our bedrooms. I love these tags, I forget to use my embossing and sticklers etc. I’ll check out those powders. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much Sandi. I do hope your son will be able to get his remodel done soon. At least he has a toilet. That would be absolutely horrible if he did have that.

Thank you so much Diana. I remember visiting family in Texas and all they had was an outhouse. It must've been in the 1960s.

Beautiful special effects with the velvet powder and the glossy accents. It sure does make an image have so much life and dimension❤
Thank you so much Cindy. I'm seeing a little light at the end of the tunnel with our weather. At least real early in the morning it feels tolerable.
Thanks for all the reminders to make ephemera more beautiful. I had forgotten about the feathers. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much Ann. I need to order me some more feathers and in different sizes.
I love using other mediums to add to my projects. This was fun to watch. TFS🌴💕
Thank you so much Annette. Sometimes I just need to remember to pull out my different mediums.

Wow juanette you are an expert on the 6-fold journal now. I think we used to call the velvet powder flocking back in the day.

💜💜💜 very pretty additions to your ephemera!
Thank you so much Amy. As always I really appreciate your love, support, and comments. Big hugs to you dear.
Hi Juanette!! Love how the stickles made the green dress pop. And the glossy accents were perfect!! Beautiful touch with the feathers. 💜
Thank you so much Carol. What kind of journal are you working on right now?

Thank you so much Christina. I was glad to hear on your last video that you're starting to feel better.
Absolutely Beautiful ❤

I’m catching up on videos. I like to use glossy accents that way too.
