POLONARRUWA, SRI LANKA | TRAVEL VLOG | The City of Monkeys - 4k

An ancient city populated by adorable monkeys? Need I say more?? This is our adventure to Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka's ancient capital city. My wife Ashley, my good friend Ryan, and myself take a road trip from Dambulla to visit this very cool place. Polonnaruwa is the Sri Lankan equivalent of Cambodia's Angkor Wat or Indonesia's Borobudur.
Polonnaruwa is located in central Sri Lanka and is part of the famed Cultural Triangle; a region that contains a large portion of Sri Lanka's most famous attractions. The city dates back to the 12th Century AD and is still in great condition.
