This is the first time I've seen any of your videos but this actually what I've been saying about Duck Hunt for like ever. I think they got the reins to make it big but no one wants to play them unfortunately.
Yeah I was doing well against the Samus at my local too and only lost because I choked. It's one of the weirder matchups in the game but it's great for Duck Hunt!
I have always had a main crisis. I've had to make some rules to narrow down who I use. One of those rules is that I have to care about the character outside of smash in some way. Duck Hunt is one of the character eliminated by this rule. That said, if I ever open the flood gates and allow other characters that I only like in the context of smash, Duck Hunt would probably be the #1 most likely pick for me to use. His gameplay is among one of my favorites in the game. Can't recommend Duck Hunt for everyone, 'cuz it feels similar to trying to play snake at times, but without the star power of Snake.
@@TuesdayTastic I mean who doesn't love dogs. That said, I view Duck Hunt as more of a troll than a dog. After all, that laugh when you miss the ducks is like the one piece of personality his game gave him =p There is a reason to limit myself, because I need to get better at the game. I usually get in this never ending loop of looking at all the characters, and being distracted by all their gimmicks that I never stay with one person long enough to get better. I've been complacent with being significantly better than everyone for a while, but people got inspired by how good I was, so now I gotta step up my game to keep up that reputation. Besides, I miss being competitive. Even with my rules, I still have 11 characters I'm struggling to decide between. Sephiroth, Ridley, Kirby, Yoshi, Sonic, Lucario, Inkling, Meta Knight, R.O.B., Snake, Mii Gunner (Doom Slayer/Custom Robo) I got an attachment to all of them, and their gameplay all feels perfect in their own ways. If I didn't have this rule, there's literally only 10 characters I wouldn't be extremely tempted to play, though even though 10 are still fun to play if I happen to be playing them. There's a reason why I made smash my go-to competitive game. I could play it indefinitely and it always feels like a new experience based on the character I play, along with the playstyles of my opponents.
I mained Mii Brawler for like 2 days and they're so easy to be flashy with. I hit so many Up-B spikes and I'm so happy because I live to make people suffer for playing this game and make them feel like trash. Not that bad character 7.5/10
For Paisy, a good secondary would probably be a character that both beats swordies and G&W. A swordies that beats swordies is probably the easiest in that case because chances are they also beat G&W if they beat other swordies. Who fits this bill? Aegis. I know this series is vote based, but whenever they get voted on, I think you'll like the fit
Before I started Character Crisis the last character I began to pick up was Marth. I think he beats most other swordies and definitely wins against GnW. He was my main in Smash 4 so picking him up again felt really natural.
@@TuesdayTastic In that case, hopefully it'll continue working for you. At least you can have confidence that if Marth stops working for you, you have an echo fighter that's less technical if you're having an off day at a tournament or something
Try Toon Link i personally think he's the best Link because he's so well rounded. Faster and Stronger, smaller and heavier than Yink with comparable combo potential and is incredibly hard to edge guard plus has kill power comparable to Link and for example can kill as early as 90-100 consistently with Fair. Everything combos into fair. Tip: throw bombs up it makes a wall. Also best projectile order is jump Bomb throw Upwards, toss boomerang down and Arrow as you land. this creates a powerful wall thats good anywhere and provides Samus level ledge guarding because if you force neutral getup or roll you get a free Up B and if they jump it's a free Fair. Mix it up though, Also Up tilt into grab is a mix up that works fairly consistently at low to mid percentages. Sometimes you have to pivot grab. Z drop combos aren't really needed unless you want to be stylish with offstage Dair at roughly 4 seconds of the bomb timer. Should at least do Z drop Nair though because it's rarely a bad thing to have a bomb.
YOOOOO. Duck hunt is hype af, glad you picked up my boy.
Such a high quality series, I have already binged every episode and was happy to get in on the series just as a new episode dropped.
Another Tuesday, another good video from Tuesday
Duck hunt is one of my faves! They just needed one slightly better kill move to jump a whole tier I think.
I LOVE Duck Hunt! I'm actually glad no one really plays DH because I hate constantly running into dittos and a lot of people don't know the MU
"Mom can we have duck hunt stage" "no we have duck hunt stage at home" duck hunt stage at home: 9:30
Beautiful.

Been loving these videos. Wishing you nothing but the best
We have a pretty good duck hunt in my region. Its always fun to see him play. Cant wait for Olimar!
Wow great video! The Utah scene seems so interesting!!
How do you not have more views ? this vid was excellent, keep going mate
You are wrong, I have always mained duck hunt.
There are dozens of us!
I love the Samus MU for duck hunt. Duck hunt can set up an anchor can that negates Samus's charge shot entirely.
Yeah I was doing well against the Samus at my local too and only lost because I choked. It's one of the weirder matchups in the game but it's great for Duck Hunt!
You def let the dogs out
Do a mii next Tuesday specifically mii swordfighter
I love this goofy dog.

Well do you love dogs? That's an external reason to main him. Give him a chance, there's no reason to limit yourself to only the characters you know!

I don’t play a lot of smash but I love this little dog I went from pac man to mega night to duck hunt
Duck Hunt is so much fun I'm glad I gave them a chance
doggo :)
Yes!!! Finally, dopamine received!
week four mii brawler.

Raito also got 4th with duck hunt at evo, the largest smash tourney ever
I forgot Raito did so well! I kind of wish he'd go back to Duck Hunt instead of Banjo his Duck Hunt was different.
@@TuesdayTastic yeah, his duck hunt is cracked, and i think duck hunt is much better than banjo peraonally
Wow. He’s good
Omg is Arthur a Japanese Spitz? Such a cutieee 😭
Idk but he is a very good boy
@@TuesdayTasticside note I can't wait for you to get to my mains the Belmonts. They have a ridiculous learning curve for how bad they are

Toon Link was actually my first main back in Brawl and Smash 4! He's such a fun character and I'm really excited to get a chance to main him again.
@@TuesdayTastic nice. Toon Link Gang
isabelle!?
Try King K. Rool, he is really unique and good if played correctly
King K. Rool is definitely a character I believe in. We have some good K. Rool mains in Utah who I'd be happy to learn the character with.
Yo, WHAT is going on at 9:30?
Original duck hunt gameplay is very interesting to watch lol.
@@TuesdayTastic But what is going on with the stage?
Cool
